I continue to shop the Eden Prairie store because I find what I need when I need it. Everyone has been so helpful when I have a question. When I walk in the door I feel a valued costumer.

I would like to highly recommend Home Depot's Kitchen Cabinet Department. From Creative Design Service, to great 3D drawings, excellent quality of products and knowledgeable salesperson.

I purchased a Ryobi 40 Volt, 6 Amp lawn mower in August. It works great. I cut my lawn and still had roughly 30% battery life left. It has a self-propelled feature but the lawn mower is so light compared to my old gas powered mower I don't even need to use that feature. You can take the battery out when finished and turn the mower upside down to wash it out. I couldn't do this with my gas mower. One it was too heavy and two, gas and oil would leak out. I would recommend the Ryobi lithium mower to anyone.

No one on hand to unlock a tool to purchase. I had to show the employee that they simply needed to get a ladder to access the unlocked tools. Took over 20 minutes because the employee decided to help other customers while I stood there waiting with my 4 year old son.

I had a cumbersome transaction that involved refunding my return, getting my in store pick up order and then voiding it and redoing my order because I forgot my coupon. Curtis was working customer service and was so kind and patient. I really appreciate when I encounter such great customer service.

HD has an excellent selection of quality merchandise. All the employees are so happy to help if I have a question. Basid has been so helpful and professional during the checkout process when I became unsure of the process. He has also helped myself and friends with questions regarding store policies. I always enjoy shopping there and especially the unique flowers and pottery in the Garden Center. Please recognize Basid as a wonderful employee! Thank you

Flooring and Pro Counter staff went out of their way to change my order and get me the product I needed!

It was easy to find an employee to answer my questions. They have a very nice selection of products and the employees assisted is loading my truck. I really appreciate that.

Janice at the front desk was truly amazing in assisting my with my order.

I was pleased with the greeting from the cashier in the garden department. The rest of the store was clean and items were well stocked. I had no shortage of options. At checkout, the cashier was the friendliest I've run across in a long time. It always leaves a good impression when the checkout experience is good. I would have given a 5 star rating, but I had some questions about a couple items. Despite employees on almost every isle, no one asked if I needed help. I got no further greeting after walking through the garden entrance.

Michael and Dan helped bring down some difficult to reach stock that were very high up and took a bit of time and effort to reach. We were very appreciative of their help!!!! Thank you!

Store was cluttered and employees extremely unhelpful, two employees literally walked away when I asked for help with self check out.

I was shopping for Cellular Shade for all my home windows. A store associate kindly asked me if I needed help. Nancy was very knowledgeable about the product I was looking for. Her assistance and research in the product was very thorough and efficient. I was so pleased with the result that I didn't have to think twice to make the purchase. Thank You.

We received tremendous help from sales staff in lighting. My wife and I can change a standard light bulb. But program and install a smart bulb. Forget it. We are retirees whose tech savviness befits our generation. Our lighting associate gave us a tremendous primer, taking us from our knowledge level (ground zero) to feeling confident that we can actually get a smart bulb to work. That's no easy task.

My experience today at the Eden Prairie Home Depot was wonderful, I went in to find new flooring countertop and backsplash for my kitchen to update. I met with this wonderful gal name Carolina Muddy, she was the best help me pick out flooring help me find countertop that would match the backsplash it was awesome things are rolling along we’re getting estimates done next week for flooring . Great experience I’ll be back !
