I was extremely pleased with all the help I got from Anne in the plant section trying to find a specific fertilizer. Also, Cheyenne in the Tile department went above and beyond to help me find the ceramic tile for my bathroom. Gave me a lot of extra information and advice. I will always try this Home Depot first for anything that I want before going onto another similar store.

The cashier working Sunday June 7, in the Garden Center around 11 was awesome.

I have been extremely impressed with all your sales associates and their knowledge of the products. However I’ve been VERY IMPRESSED AND SATISFIED with one of your sales associates in particular called Stacy. She ALWAYS GOES OUT OF HER WAY to help her customers including myself. She is extremely professional, very knowledgeable with has FANTASTIC customer relationship skills. Although there is a Big MENARDS only half a mile away from the Home Depot that I shop at, because of your sales associates (Stacy), I ALWAYS COME to the same Home Depot store. It is so refreshing to see such excellent customer relationship with professional attitude. Thank you for JOB WELL DONE Stacy.

Asked an associate in the lawn and garden department about re-potting orchids. I needed all the basics. He had no idea and was not shy in telling me he had no idea. Ok. So he told me he was going to go ask another salesperson who might know more. After I grabbed some things and browsed around a bit, he caught me right as I was checking out and said this lady who he spoke with said she has over 50 orchIds and she gets all of her pots at Goodwill. (My specific question was regarding pot size) Thanks for the tip.

My store experience at The Home Depot was a good one.

The store manager led me to the options for clothes racks. Despite being busy, spent time going over benefits of each option. Recommended that I look online for additional options and pulled them up for me. Decided to go with in stock product, but the choice was sooo much easier with help!

I could find no sales associates available to asked questions and only self-checkout was available and this was at 4:30 in the afternoon.

Home Depot in Eden Prairie WAS my favorite place to shop. I realize the store is busy, but was put off because a sales associate told me he was supposed to go home an hour ago... When they are busy it is impossible. When it is close to closing time they make it very clear...This took me from 430PM until 830PM...And I am still not done, have to go back and return shoddy items and try get this mess figured out...

Went to the store looking for plants. They looked well taken care of...Purchase was easy and it was well organized.

We stopped in to look at the patio furniture. The set we found was of superior quality than anything else we saw at other stores in this price range. Unfortunately, two of the chairs were not in stock. Enter Associate Tina who demonstrated a "can do" attitude, found the chairs for us, and arranged pick-up. Thanks Tina!!!

I purchased all my spring gardening plants at the Chaska, MN, store. I found everything I needed, the plants were of good quality and the sales associate was very helpful and knowledgeable. He had a cute sense of humor. We need that in times of stress in our life and time. The cashier was also a kick! Keep it up Home Depot.

I appreciate being able to talk to store associates who have actually done what I am trying to do. When I bought deck stain the store associate had just stained his a week before and seemed to know what I was asking even though I wasn't sure how to phrase it. I also appreciate checkout people who smile and take the time to chit chat for a second while checking out.

We shop at this store often and have always been very happy with the helpful staff. They are always patient and courteous when answering our questions. Today, when I was assisted with loading my nursery purchases into my car, I was so impressed with the young man who showed me what had happened to one plant and asked me to find a replacement free of charge. His honesty was so impressive, it made my day!

Good selection of certain quality products. Enter and exit through "Exit" to avoid time consuming walks. Do not like this store layout.

Had to walk around searching for an associates assistance and ask him to send someone to the dept. I was in. No one came. Employees were unprofessional and not knowledgeable. They only had one checkout line open even though a line was backing up. They just tried to wave people over to the self checkout machines. Terrible experience, lazy and unprofessional customer service. Left and went to Menards. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND.

Found just what I needed. Now I need to be patient and learn how to use the new equipment.

I was helped by the Assistant Manager in a way where I felt like I was a very valuable customer to Home depot. He solved my problem much to my satisfaction.

Was in need of a new dishwasher. The model that we wanted to get was available, and at a good price. The associate that helped me in appliances answered all my questions, and made sure I understood all the paperwork before I left. Even organized the receipts, and warranty paperwork for me, as well as set up my delivery and install appointment. Very nice lady.

Mike R. in the paint department was so helpful and wanted to make sure he got our paint matching perfect. He really strives for customer satisifaction and we are always happy if we see he is the one behind the paint desk when we need paint.

I needed a couple of quick, inexpensive gifts and have realized Home Depot is a great option. They had lots of plants in the front area that I could choose from so I was quickly 'in and out' and on my way.
