I have always had good customer service at this Home Depot store in El Centro. I have been gradually remodeling my 60 year old home for the past two years. 99% of the time, I shop at Home Depot. I would HIGHLY recommend "Luis" in the kitchen cabinet department. He designed our entire kitchen and everything came out perfect. He is very friendly, helpful and extremely patient.

The staff at the El Centro HD are always helpful and friendly to customers.

We liked some lights for the a path way and they did no have it. I will like to see more available items that are on display.

Purchased upright freeze. I knew exactly which one I wanted from inline search. Store associate Letty completed the process with no problems. She did it all. Nice to deal with someone that knows their job. She even found a coupon for another 10% off that I was unaware of. Excellent experience.

THE STORE HAD WHAT I NEED EVEN THOUGH THE ASSOCIATES WERE A LITTLE INEXPERIENCED but I still managed.

Store is well kept and clean. Associate meets and greets you at the entrance, offering assistance should you need it. Depending on the time of day, an associate may not be in an area where you may need help and may have to wait for help, which sometimes takes a while. Aside from this, no major issues that would ever prevent me from shopping at this location. Checking out with cashiers is a pleasant exit. They are friendly, helpful and provide assistance on any pending purchases.

OFTEN IT IS HARD TO FIND SOMEONE TO ASSIST. HOWEVER ONCE AN ASSOCIATE IS LOCATED THEY ARE USUALLY VERY FRIENDLY AND VERY HELPFUL.

I am disabled. The cashier and sales associate went out of their way to answer my questions, guide me to the products that answered my needs, check out and load the products in my car. What more could I ask for?
