The first time I went into this store my mother and I were just looking at the storages on display outside the store, she was undecided to buy but when a store employee approached us he was very pleasant and gave us plenty of reasons why to buy (excellent customer service) come to find out he is the store manager.

My project was to install an electrical outlet for my window AC. That outlet was to be just inches away from the outside electrical box so I did not need any long conduit. I did my home work by searching on Lowes and Home Depot websites and decided to go for HomeDepot. store. I chose the weather proof GFCI combo. I needed to talk to an associate for suggestions of parts needed for a complete installation. And like most of the time in these big stores an associate is nowhere to be found. I did find one after several minutes and he did manage to help me out lots! I told him what project I was doing and he suggested a 1 gang box with the 3 hole 1/2 along with a threaded 1/2 x 6 rigid conduit with the locknuts. Installation went smoothly. Thank you!

Store was somewhat clean and available. The associates were all busy helping other people Andhard to get there attention. I pretty much had to find everything myself. Luckily it was easy to find and was easy to check out. Thank you Peggy for all the help.

Thanks to Laura and Ruben, I was able to pick out the perfect paint and tile for my mother's kitchen. Laura gave me lots of help while deciding on the paint and floors while Ruben helped me save on the wooden cabinets. My mother's kitchen is now newly remodeled and she seems to absolutely love it with a great smile on her face every time she cooks! Thank you once again to all Home Depot employees!

Always fun to shop at home depot. The store was clean, real easy to find the items that I need.

The store is located just right for the area. A lot of parking space, easy to get to from main thoroughfare, keeping vehicle traffic to a minimum.

The young lady at the special services for customers desk, Is an absolute delight. I believe her name was Jaimi. I had been looking around for help and the young man in aisle 19 helped me out. When I found the drill I needed for my husband, I went over to the self check out to pay. Within a minute the young lady at her desk saw how long the line was and called a couple customers over to pay. That was so convenient and fast. I was in a hurry to pick up my kids so that was a blessing. I always get the best service at home depot, always satified. Thank You Jaimi, great job. Keep it up guys.

Friendly staff, store clean, fast checkout perfect location

I'm a paraplegic and the bolt holding my wheel to my wheelchair came off while shopping. It was 5:30 p.m. I went to two mechanic shops and both closed. Went to Home Depot and Juan/John the hardware technician was right there in the bolt isle. I explained my dilemma and he lead me to the tool area. He knew he needed to see the bolt so he had me park these while he removed the bolt from the good tire, got the exact bolt and some removable lock-tite to hold it in place (proper locking-tab washer not available). He then re-installed the good bolt/washer and the new bolt with lock-tite and I was good to go! While he was kindly working on my wheelchair, he even took calls and handled the situation so calmly and professionally! I can't tell you how special Juan/John is, but he truly IS! Thank you for hiring such knowledgeable, professional and kind employees! Home Depot hit a Home Run! God Bless You and Juan/John, the Hardware Technician!

I had to ask for help from a young guy in the tool department. He was busy with other things but stopped what he was doing and showed me where to find what I needed, then took the time to discuss whether that particular model of planer was of good quality. When I went to pay for my purchase, the young woman who was the cashier was waiting on a customer in front of me. She spoke to two ladies in a very friendly and warm manner, smiling the whole time. She spoke Spanish to them but immediately greeted me in English, giving me the same warm smile and friendly attitude. She kind of brightened my day and made me glad I decided to shop there that day.

I waited over twenty minutes after the associate was paged three times and then I had to get the manager to find someone to help us

I looking for a ceiling lamp on the website, see the availability on the store and go to buy it. the employees were very helpful to locate the lamp and it was exactly as it shows on the web page.

Ordered a patio set that I would have preferred delivered to my home, but the ordering process did not allow it, so I had to choose the "pick up at store" option. I scheduled and time and date for pick up the very next day, and waited over 30 mins for nothing. I prompted for a refund, which the girl seemed more than happy to assist with because it seemed like she knew there was either no one available to help me, or because they had no idea where this merchandise was. Either way I do not plan on ever visiting this Home Depot ever again. Lowes is closer to my home and has better customer service.

Upon arrival to the appliance section for Refrigerators, we were greeted by the sales associate who assisted us with the purchase of a Samsung refrigerator. He was very attentive, friendly and made us feel at ease. After we selected the model we wanted, he explained the highlights and answered any questions we had regarding the refrigerator. At such time that we will look to make additional purchases in the appliance section at the Home Depot in El Centro, CA, we will look for assistance from the same associate.

I was pleased with the help I recited from my associates Maria and Rudy. Maria was able to direct me to the right area to purchase what I needed as well find me help. Rudy was knowledgeable about many of the products in the store. He also helped me load my product into my vehicle.

Store was clean and everything. The only problem to this was no associates to help me. Luckily Maria my cashier explained where to find the product and got me help me out.

Was very happy with my experience, they have some very pretty and knowledgeable associates who greeted me then were able to lead me to product I needed immediately. Check out was a breeze I went to the customer service desk and had to do a phone sale which was much easier here than many other stores I've been to. Vanessa had helped me find the product then my cashier wad Valerie both very nice and willing to do extra to help me. Look forward to getting more things from this site. Thanks!

My husband and I were very happy with all the guidance and assistance from store associates at Home Depot. Our flooring project is starting great. We find the products that we needed at a great price. The store is well organized and the customer service is excellent.
