My husban likes to visit this store because he find products available and help full associates. I had only little discourage finding a right large lamp with steady base and design. After this I liked all rest of store products very well displayed and cleanliness. We return often to this store to see new arrives and specials.

On-line stated 23 items available at this store I drove across town & sales assistant said sorry I cant locate!

Went in on a Monday, incredibly busy, but everyone was helpful and kind.

This location has the friendliest Customer Service staff (especially Martha) from all the other home improvement stores in the area.

I had a wonderful experience here at the San Antonio tx location I would definitely recommend the store to my friends and family.

Went to this store for some decorative stones for my driveway. I found exactly what I needed and there was a very good selection and plenty in stock. I had planned to buy another product, but was unable to get the attention of the salesperson, so I only got what I really needed.

All 3 staff associates who handled my AC put it on its side and it did not work, the box was not sealed and items were missing.

I walked into store and asked an associate about paint strippers, if they had any in stock. I was referred to three people, two of whom pointed me in the wrong isles. The associate who actually personally attended my visit to the correct isle had no knowledge of paint stripping and read the bottle and containers i pointed to. I can read for myself. You need more educated staff.

The store has almost everything that i need and the experience of the personal is awesome they help alot

I cannot remember the ladies names in Customer Service but she was knowledgeable and quick. The check out lady was Christina and she fast and the store was busy. Both ladies worked hard but had a smile on their face and when asked for help knew there business and location of items needed. Thanks!
