During several recent painting, lighting, and gardening projects, I came in to the Home Depot for materials and advice. And every time, the associates went out of their way to be helpful - while also giving me great advice and making sure I had the products I needed. I was really pleased with my experience, and my projects turned out great!

The only reason you didnt get 5 stars is because you didnt have the actual product I went in there for.....BUT...you did recommend a replacement item that I am pleased with instead. Your store associates seem to be well trained and knowledgeable.

WE HAD A VERY SATISFACTORY EXPERIENCE WHILE SHOPPING AT HOME DEPOT, ENDED UP BUYING A REFRIGERATOR, BUT WE WON'T SEE IT UNTIL NEXT MONTH WHEN IT IS DELIVERED.

It is nice to have a store so close. Overall the store is easy to navigate. That being said, when you do need help, it is difficult to find someone and then for them to have knowledge is very difficult.

I especially would like to thank store associate Pat O'Brien for his helpfulness, knowledge and suggestions.

I was in need of a switch for my attack fan. The employee was a little unsure but went the extra mile to make sure that he understood and that I got what I needed. Great Service!

I had looked on the Home Depot web site for the items I was interested in, then went to the store to see/discuss with an associate. The associates were very knowledgeable, courteous, and efficient. They were able to answer all my questions and help me decide on the best appliances for my budget and space. This store is always clean and well organized. there is always an associate available to answer my questions without having to track someone down. A pleasure to shop!

Thank you for making the move to my new property so easy! Your sales staff answered ALL my many questions and provided me with the tools and information to set up shop! Each time I visited the store, someone was there to help and show me just what I needed to make the job easier.

The store was clean, well they sell dirt so it was as lean as a store that sells dirt can be. The associates were helpful. I found what I needed and was able to leave quickly.

I visit Home Depot at least 5 times a week as I'm completing a three-story remodel. Most of the associates know me by name and most importantly are extremely positive and eager to offer help.

Ken helped me locate half the items on my list; items I had no idea where to find. A super bonus was his ability to scan all items in my basket, when my shopping list was complete, and handle the sale right then and there. No standing in lines!

This was the second horrible experience I have had at this location in the past 8 months. The associates were clueless and very unhelpful. This is the last time I wast my time and money at this location. Headed to Lowe's

When ever I go to this store I'am treated like a friend and even on first name basis with some of the associates

We recently made a trip to Home Depot, and were pleased to find every item we needed for the home updating project we were working on. We were very pleased that hardware was in stock for the pocket door and a stairway handrail so we could finish some of the projects that day! We had no difficulty finding knowledgeable staff to assist us. It was nice we could take our pups with us for a short outing too.

THE EMPLOYEES AT THIS STORE ARE IGNORANT AND DID NOT HELP ME IN THE SLIGHTEST. WHEN ASKING QUESTIONS THEY WOULD JUST GESTURE TO ANOTHER AISLE AND CLAIM IT WAS 'OVER THERE'. I DO NOT UNDERSTAND 'OVER THERE' AND SINCE I AM DISABLED AND REQUIRED MORE ASSISTANCE I FELT NEGLECTED FOR OTHERS. MY HUSBAND TRIED TO ASK AND GOT A LOOK OF DISSATISFACTION FROM AN EMPLOYEE WITH THE SAME RESPONSE. THIS IS ENOUGH FOR ME TO GO TO A COMPETITOR THAT ACTUALLY HAD KNOWLEDGEABLE EMPLOYEES WHO TOOK THE TIME TO LISTEN TO WHAT I NEEDED, TO ACTUALLY WALK ME TO THE AISLE THAT IT WAS IN AND HELP ME PICK WHAT WAS RIGHT FOR ME, (SINCE I HAD ENDED UP BUYING THE WRONG PRODUCT AT HOME DEPOT!) I AM SICKENED BY THIS SINCE I USED TO LOVE THIS STORE BUT I AM DONE WITH HOME DEPOT!!! LOWE'S WILL FOREVER HAVE MY BUSINESS FROM NOW ON! YOU NEED TO RETRAIN YOUR EMPLOYEES NOT ONLY ON WHERE THINGS ARE IN THE STORE BUT HOW TO ACT LIKE HUMANS WHEN HELPING THEIR PAYCHECK FIND WHAT THEY NEED! SO DISGUSTED AND ANGRY!

Very helpful and knowledgeable paint department!!!!

This store had the compressor I needed, in-stock, and on the shelf. I had earlier been at Stre #1544 to pick up the same product. The compressors had been in the Receiving Area for at least one whole day, but weren't stocked yet. The Associate I talked to went to the back and returned with the story that there was a pallett of them "somewhere", but the receivers were too busy to find them. There was one other customer there for the same compressor,so we both drove across town to #1512 and got what we wanted. This contrast between stores is a regular thing and a real pain for us customers. 1512 rocks - most of the time....

This store has the best employees - they are helpful, going out of their way to help, and being friendly the whole time. J.T. is brilliant at helping to figure out an unusual fix for an unusual problem . This store has great employees.

There are some associate's that are more helpful than others. There is a very good associate in plumbing but can't think of his name right off. Pretty disappointed to see Debbie leave this store she was very good in the paint department. There are some friendly cashiers at the contractor check out like Janice and than there are some not so much. All in all it is what it is.

The only place in town where the parking lot is big enough to park a truck, and the shopping carts are carts, not little plastic buggies! Great place with great people and a great selection, it's always fun coming in and seeing what I can add to my list of needs!
