I am so happy I live by a store that is welcoming and helpful.

Called to see if they had a Kitchen Aid Grill. They said NO, however they would order it and have it in the store within a week. I ordered it and paid by credit card. The entire transaction was done in about 15 min. Also got a receite in my e-mail.

I was looking for a few small, specific items, and they were easy to locate. Staff was very helpful and friendly as well.

Much better service than competing stores, like Lowe’s where their customer service here (Fort Myers) is horrible

Lashanda was super helpful, super friendly by greeting us, not rushing us even though it was getting near closing time. Made us feel important as customers.

As a contractor, this is always my first stop in the morning. The employees at this location are exceptionally helpful and always very welcoming. The contractor checkout makes things quick and easy for me. It makes all the difference in my productive day!

Always find what I need. Always find an employee to help me if necessary. Quality employees at checkout, always.

Haven't been to home depot for quite some time. However, this trip was a pleasant experience. Employees were extremely efficient and pleasant.

Extremely bad experience at a store we shop at often. Looking for a specific window unit a/c and they showed 27 in stock, one on the floor in a opened box. Kept saying they would get someone to get one down for us. Waited over an hour. Finally Bob, in the door area, got Paul, from who knows where, to get one down for us. These two guys were great with Paul making sure we were helped. Asked for a manager three times, no one ever showed. We've always been happy with the service here. Not on this night. If it weren't for Paul and Bob we'd be shopping at a competitor from here on out.

Very well laid out store. The paint Department was able to match color paint needed for my special project. Sales going on during current holiday allowed me to save money. Home Depot also honors military vets with discounts on purchases Highly recommend store

I think that this store is not consistently great, but it was consistently good on this last visit! Kudos to all who do their best to serve the public and who really show respect for older people who may need a little more help or cannot hear their answers with all the background noise in the store! I witness it all the time in many places. Please let your staff know that it’s much appreciated when they know most people over 70 usually are “hard of hearing.” This, despite the use of excellent hearing aids! Thanks for asking. Thank the Customer Service Reps who did an awesome job on this most recent and necessary visit.

I researched the product I intended to by online. I was given all he information I needed from the HomeDepot web site including te price, manufacturer and even the aisle and bay number where I could find the product. Employees were very helpful and went out of their way to assist me. Even going as far as opening the packaging and assembling one of the components. Also got a military discount for my prior service in the Air Force.

The manager Bob was called to see what he could do since the price was marked wrong on shelf for a locked chainsaw cage which I had no access to. Bob said it’s not his problem his staff put merchandise in wrong spot. It actually is since they are trained and hired by him. Then he tell floor rep to follow me upfront to make sure I pay for the item like I’m a thief I felt racially profiled! F$&@,Home Depot and im cancelling their credit card! “I can’t breath”!!!!

This store has a great costumer service, specially Jerry at the paint department. He is very helpful if you are not sure what you are looking for.

Store was super busy! Everything on my shopping list were available on the shelves. Except for one employee that indicated they could not answer my question the staff was polite, knowledge, and helpful. I had several questions for different products. Check out was quick and easy and the cashier was also polite and thanked me for shopping with HomeDepot. I was disappointed, when shopping for live plants; several were missing instruction tags describing light, height, and care of particular plant
