Great environment to shop with friendly staff.....

Because of Autumn,she has made me a customer again. I had a few not so good experiences, and refused to shop there ever again. BUT because or her personality, knowledge, professionalism, I WILL be back as a customer.

A NEEDED QUICK IN AND OUT STOP WHICH WAS FULLY MET. GL

Kevin did a great job cutting my plywood and was able to help me get in and out of store. A customer was waiting while he was cutting and he took a extra effort to get my job done and try to get help for the other customer. No one available over the phone/walkie . So he explain to the customer that we had just a few more minutes and then could help. He helped me than was able to go to the next person. Cashier WAFA was good and professional. Able to make each person at checkout feel taken care of.Took time to sort and make sure large multi item purchases were rung up correct. She contacted a employee to help load and he was great. Everyone was helpful.

This is the best Home Depot to shop in. Everyone is really nice, fast checkout.

One single lawn caddy on display and a hack saw was needed to trim off excess tubular framing to complete assembly on this high-end model.

I Would hgly recommend Jim in the Frankfort, Illinois stores flooring department as he was extremely helpful and knowledgable.

the store persoonal had the answer for the best treatment, both inside and out, for getting rid of antsand spiders, as well as, helpful hints on seeding bare spots in the yard.
