This has got to be the easiest place to get all the stuff I need. I'm in there all the time and I love the place. In the last year I've bought a new dishwasher, water heater, and I'm constantly buying stuff to fix up the old house I live in. Never been disappointed that I can recall. If you can't find it then just ask. Somebody will know what to do.

The store was clean and we have been able to find several things needed for our new home. Perfect for people who have just purchased a home and need to do some small updates.

Maybe it's not fair for me to call this the best Home Depot store ever, since I haven't been to all 2,248 of them, but since I purchased a home about 2 1/2 years ago I have had nothing but good experience after good experience at this location. Being 1 mile from my home is great as well, and I love the fact that they open at 6AM and stay open late. The associates here are always helpful, and I feel often go beyond the call of duty in answering my questions or recommending a product if I don't know exactly what I'm looking for. This goes for all of the departments as well- paint, flooring, appliances, wood and sawing, etc. Another thing I like is they never seem to be out of a product that is supposed to be there. The shelves are typically stocked well, and special ordering products that are available online only is easy and convenient to have them sent to Home Depot for pick up. Home Depot does a good job of texting or emailing you when your product is available, and when you get there they have a good system of being able to find your item easy, unlike some other stores that get the deer in a headlight look when you come to pick up a special order. I typically go here at least once a week and look forward to doing much more business here. I would recommend this store to any do it yourselfer who is renovating a home. I wish every place I shopped had such great associates with can do attitudes.

Had exactly the quality product and sizes I needed to get the job done.

Upon entry into the store I was greeted and asked if I needed assistance. I was given assistance and pointed in the appropriate direction and the associate offered to take me to the location I needed in the store. I declined since I wanted to browse a little before going directly to the location I needed for the product I sought to purchase. Later I sought assistance again for another item of interest and was lead by a knowledgeable associated right to the item I had described even though I did not know the exact name for the item. It is a wonderful experience to have knowledgeable associates who apprear to be able to "read your mind" and follow up with exact identifciation of the item(s) needed. Thanks for the outstanding training provided for these very efficient and effective associates!

Everything I needed was really easy to find. It's nice to be able to go to a store and get what I need without hassle or too time consuming.

I wanted mums for my planters, so went to this Home Depot. They had plenty! Mostly in three colors and two sizes: jumbo and 2.5 quart. I bought three of the 2.5 quarts in three different colors. Can't wait till they fill out!

While we located the ceiling fan we wanted on the HomeDepot.com web site and tried to order it, the site wouldn't let us, saying it was not available at our local store. We called the 800 number and were told it was only available locally at some of the stores, but couldn't be ordered or shipped to our local store or our home address. However, they did say we could try asking the Pro desk at our local store to see if they could get it for us. I went to our local Home Depot in Franklin, TN and talked with Stephanie, the manager. After several minutes of exchanging information, she said she would see what she could do and get back with us. After a couple of days we stopped by and she found out she could get it shipped from a Kentucky store. She called the next day and said our fan was there and we could pick it up any time! My wife was very happy since she had been looking for the perfect ceiling fan for about two weeks and this one was just the right fan for our new porch.

I was able to get in, find and pick up the items I needed with minimal help from an associate and check out in the self check out line very quickly. The store is always clean and the associates always helpful when I need it.
