You have old people in their 70s working the aisles and stocking shelves while the younger kids are standing around at self check out doing absolutely nothing. Old lady in electrical aisle tries but she is struggling. She can’t move the ladder by herself or even go up the ladder once she gets moving it. She always has to bring up the wire to the front because they don’t let you touch it anymore. The lady is struggling. She got two knee pads on and she’s lifting things that are just too much.

Madison knew exactly where a certain stock item was located that was not in the aisle it was allocated to. Great job in bringing the wine fridge down from on top of shelves efficiently and more so safely.

There was more merchandise on the floor than on the shelves. We could barely get through the store. The trash outside along the tree lines and in the car park is awful from the families living in the bushes. Hopefully management comes up with some routine maintenance to keep the trash picked up as we have reported them to The City of Fort Myers and Lee County for litter enforcement. The people residing in the sheds is quite frightening also. Shop the other hardware store across 41 and steer clear of this dumpster fire. It’s not safe!

I placed an online order. It still was not ready 30 hours later. I went to the store to shop for myself. There were at least 5 employees standing around chatting like they had nothing to do; maybe they could be trained to pick online orders. The aisle I was shopping in was cluttered with merchandise on the floor. The shelved products were not in the spot they belonged. I had to stop two separate employees from removing items from my cart without acknowledging my presence. They were going to restock the items even though I was standing right there.

Train properly your employees so you avoid people trying to reach management.

After Hurricane Ian it was great to know that the people at this store had our backs with all the things and advice we needed to stay South Florida Strong!

I was a retail manager for many years till I had to stop working due to disabilty and Brianna in the garden center was amazing, she went out of her way to ensure I had everything I needed GREAT PERSONALITY

I made the mistake of asking TJ for help and she was completely rude and argued with me. Thankfully Althea was able to take over and help me out. I will definitely look for Althea next time I’m shopping there and need help!

The staff is incompetent, lazy, unfriendly, and slow.

We had to purchase these items because of hurricane Ian this was the second time in a year and a half since we just remodeled last February. Home Depot helped us then also.

Bought a central air conditioner. Had very good service and a good price.

Nice to see so many females working at this Home Depot, every one made eye contact and smiled as they pasted by. Even the air conditioner salesman was friendly at the entrance and just made me feel good. This comes from the leadership and the wisdom they have in hiring staff. Keep it up and you will do well!

I've always gone to other type stores, but today, I thought I would try Home Depot. I'm glad I did as to my surprise, everyone was friendly and ready to help the customers.

We had purchased a couple flooring installs, one for carpet, one for hardwood. The carpet install was great, no issues, they worked quick and did a great job. The hardwood flooring installers had us scheduled for install first thing on Tuesday. We moved the piano, organ, and a bunch , bunch of stuff out of the living room so there'd only be the couch, chair, empty bookshelves, tv stand, desk and cabinet for the installers to move on Tuesday. We had a lot of stuff in our living room and had removed all the books and DVDs from the bookshelf,bect. They called us Monday 3:30pm to confirm they will be there Tuesday first thing. Tuesday 8:30 rolls around with no word from them so WE called them up only to learn that the installer had gotten stuck on a job the day before and had to finish up that job , so our install would not be until the next day. Very inconvenient for us since we have the items that are usually in the living room - piano, organ, side tables, toy boxes, ect blocking up our dining room and we had taken the safety straps off the bookshelf so the installer could move them and now we had to strap them back up , we had removed the tv from there, had to move that back..ect. The installation company said they did not have any one else available and that they actually had only ONE installer. The ONE installer came to our home today and didn't want to move the remaining items that we had paid them to move, then got in an argument with my husband, my husband said he would move the stuff then the guy said he didn't want to do the work due to the argument and that he had another job he had to do. Then THD calls and says they would charge $100 extra to move the other stuff, and they could come out tomorrow and do it, again one installer. We called another company, refunded the install on the hardwood, and are paying the other company $300 more for the install labor - a small price to avoid the bs attitudes of their hardwood flooring install company USIG. The employees are Great though and the company that installed our carpet was great also. Unfortunately their hardwood flooring installer stinks!!!

It is busy but all the employees are helpful with whatever you need

If I can't find what I came for, there is always a friendly face that is more than willing to help!!

The store at 41 and Six Mile Cypress in Fort Myers is the worst store i have ever been in

On two trips to the store today I was approached by three different employees who offered to help me find my items and gave advice on my home projects. The staff were very friendly and the advice I received saved me both time and money.

I have always found the items I needed at this store, in stock, and with ease. The employees have treated me very well, too.

Your customer service, paint, and other team are rude and disrespectful! "mind the que" or you won't get waited on. Clean them up and start fresh. This is NOT the 3rd grade and we are not children! we are customers that can go online or to other businesses down the street that are customer driven.

We purchased 5 appliances from Oksana @ Home Depot and were very pleased with her knowledge, helpfulness and service
