Home Depot has become famous for being the leader in creative holiday displays for Halloween and Christmas. Some items are hard to acquire, but the Customer Service department at this store worked to locate my items and arranged for pick-up!

They took my $500 online for a rental. When I showed up to pick up the machine they did not have one. Then I could not get my money back into my account for 4 days. Losing my job because of it. Now I can't pay rent for my home. Me and my children will be homeless for Christmas. All because I used this store. I will be filing a lawsuit

Love going here, the folks are so helpful and friendly and knowledgeable for a lot of the home projects i have done. Even given me better solutions.

Employees are hard to find for assistance. When you do fond someone and you try to get their attention they look past you. Know one smiles. If your disabled, ..... DO NOT GO HERE! TWO OF THREE carts do not work. the third is iffy at best and leaves you hoping you won't get stranded in the store.

Even for AC filters. Staff explained the differences !!

This is our 3rd purchase of appliances (dryer, over the range microwave, and electric range) from this location, which says a lot. Amongst other things, the reps are always helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. If they don't know the answer, they are quick to find someone who does. I definitely recommend this location to others.

The best Home Depot I've used in my area for over 40 years ! The staff is great on all levels and always helps or is willing to interact in my needs or even to just socialize in the process of getting what I need.

I have visited many Home Depot stores. This is by far the best I have used. It is my favorite go to for most anything I need

I received great support with the planning and purchase of my Tuff Shed. Tuff Shed Representative JJ Wells was great with his assistance with the build and made sure got the shed I wanted. Also received great customer support from Cyndi Osgood at the Fort Worth Home Depot off of Hulen with other details on purchasing.

We’ve bought many items over the years

Went to the Home Depot on Hulen. They no longer sell Honda or Toro lawnmowers. I then wanted to buy a weedeater for my Dad and they have everything locked up. I was trying to purchase a $159 weedeater. I had to roam the store looking for someone to unlock the cage. 20 minutes of time wasted later I found someone. Once it was removed from the cage the $159 item had to be walked to the register and paid for then. We didn’t buy anything else that we intended to purchase as we had to pay then. If you had cashiers instead of making everything self checkout you wouldn’t have a theft issue. As long as you have self checkout you will get robbed blind. Home Depot you suck!

I needed to purchase a new washer & dryer. My eldest daughter recommended LG as they are a reputable brand. Each unit was priced $1,199 & I got them for $623 each plus tax. This is a great investment & I recently moved to a new house.

Had to buy a new appliance and recieved great assistance from the personnel in the appliance section. Everyone was friendly, knowledgeable and helpful.

Have not gotten one yet

They always have what i need, and if I cant find the item I came in for someone will always show me where it is!

Reuben was exceptional. Great experience. He loaded 27 paving stones into my truck. As well as 8 bags of bark mulch.

Marcus and Shelly ( or maybe Shelby or something similar) were phenomenal! I have never had such outstanding service. They were extremely friendly and welcoming with my daughter and I. Please give them the recognition they deserve for making such a positive impact on a normally uneventful errand.

I just want to say thank you to two ladies who were a breath of fresh air for us the other day shopping at your store. Our contractor asked us to by material for a job he will be doing at our home. So we needed to go to the "Pro Desk". I did not know what this was. I asked Courtney and instead of her telling us where it was she personally walked us to the desk herself. Then as we are walking back there was no awkward silence. When we got the back of the store she handed us off to another employee but before walking off she asked if there was anything else she could do for us. That was a great interaction. Now we are at the "Pro Desk". We told the employee (did not get her name) we wanted to take a few moments to look at the things on the list before ordering. She stated no problem, I'll be here when you are ready. When we came back she was working with another customer. So as we were waiting the other young lady working at the same desk called us over. I explained what we were doing. She stated no problem, I can help you with that. We started the process, however she was having a computer problem. She asked us if we would mind waiting a few moments while she got a manager back there to help? She stated she was pretty new and she did not know how to fix the problem. We stated no problem. We appreciated her honesty and let her know it will be a good teachable moment (as I am a trainer myself). Here comes Courtney again! This was a great interaction! Courtney stayed with her the entire time helping her when needed and also holding a conversation with us as well! I just wanted to give these ladies a huge shout out for outstanding customer service!! I have been in this store hundreds of times and sometimes employees seem irritated if you stop and ask them a question but not these ladies. I wish I could remember the young lady's name however she initialed our paperwork JM. Thank you, Courtney & JM for outstanding customer service!

I went to purchase a pallet of stepping stone, and everybody was willing to help me. The store was staffed for the clients.

I find it VERY difficult to find things at Home Deport without using a phone app. Products do not seem to be sequenced in intuitive places in the store and the Aisle numbering is at best a joke. So even if it tells you what aisle something is "supposed"" to be in, finding that number can be a challenge depending on how high the digits are. At some point the sequence seems to get reversed between the front of the store and the back of the store (from the entrance) . I'm sure contactors and routing customers are accustomed to it but I think for the occasional shopped it is not well sequenced.

I used the app a knew exactly where in the store to get my items. Thanks Home Depot for a great app.

I posted a positive review of my last trip because it was so surprising to have helpful staff. Turns out that was an aberration. Subsequent visit confirms it's the same crappy lack of service as before.

Ordered spray paint on the interweb came too late to use it not the guy at the desks issue he was great and helped me and got me my refund

Went to buy kerosene for my heater during this cold snap. I asked the employee where it was and he did not know what kerosene was. I explained it was fuel... It then took a full 15 minutes for more than 3 employees to find the kerosene in the store.

Bernard in this store rocks. I wasn’t able to get a discount I thought I was entitled to, Bernard stepped in and saved the day! He rocks!

The Service was good

My purchase did work out OK, but took a lot longer than it should.

HD had exactly what I was looking for. Frank was great and the purchase went perfectly as I wanted.

Still waiting for the installation to be completed. Team that came to install the dishwasher had not been properly trained said it required a plumber to complete the installation because they were not allowed to complete. Was told plumber would be come out to complete day 3 no one from Home Depot has called. When I contacted them they said 24-48 hours again. Very poor customer service and communication.
