Good selection of appliances we were looking for.

I was in the paint department for 2 hours trying to get an exact match for an older paint color. The guys who helped me were super-amazing.

The store was organized the staff were friendly and helpful. I was able to get just what I needed in a timely manor.

The employees and even other customers are always very friendly and helpful.

I went to Home Depot today to get some mulch for my patio. Upon arrival I was greeted by a sweet lady telling me about $1.flowers she was sweet!!! The atmosphere is friendly, clean and inviting. I was able to find what I was looking for and had a great shopping experience with Arthur my cashier. He was super knowledgeable

Customer service representation at Home Depot specifically this location has been without a doubt exceptional. Their times as a laborer and someone with deadlines that it's easy to become frustrated not to mention impatient, it is very impressive and humbling to see these associates carry themselves in a professional manner as well as a helpful manner at all times.

RELO 682 Fullerton is the best. My go to store!

As an older woman (65+), I am often ignored in home improvement stores even when I am actively seeking assistance. Recently, I had a GREAT experience at the Fullerton store when employee Adam came upon me in the indoor garden section and asked if he could help me in any way. He was pleasant, patient, and so very well-mannered. I usually shop at the Brea store because it's closer to home, but I had been at Sam's for gas and decided to look for the item I needed over at the Fullerton HD. Lucky me! Lucky them, too, as I bought $60 of stuff I hadn't planned to when I first entered the store.

Always have what I'm looking for, if I can't find it a rep has always found it for me.

All the employees at this store are great. They take the time to ask questions and give great ideas about ways to improve our projects. Kenna is great and loves to see pictures of all our projects. The manager Jeff is great. I will be back.

Nadia was absolutely outstanding!!!! She approached me (which normally you have to hunt an employee down for help) and asked if she could help me with anything. She has outstanding customer service, incredibly thorough, well spoken, kind, listened and advised me on some tips for my project I was making....she was such a delight to be around!!!! Went above and beyond!!!! Jeff was very kind and had excellent customer service, too! Best experience at Home Depot in several years!!!!

Nailed it, as usual. Super friendly, experienced, hard-working staff goes above and beyond every time to make it happen. Even when they are swamped trying to get 10 different things done, always count on someone to be willing to provide help and assistance. I don't care if they're semi-retired, or part-time getting through school. No jack-offs on staff here. Monica and Areli are superstars though.

Store is nice and orderly, staff helpful and working hard. Felt safe, they had good covid compliance. Danica is cool as well.

This store, and possibly the Brea Store, are by far the best for customer service.

Great customer service got amazing help from the service desk. Silvia helped me on my order and I appreciate it. Monica did as well but had to take care of others. They went beyond to help put in my order with a great attitude and smile on there face. Michael (supervisor) was very helpful .everyone also had amazing service I saw how he handled everything and that's how these guys can run everything smoothly. This was definitely TEAMWORK and I love it! No one was unhappy while in line. I was there for an hour or more and they were able to get everything I needed and help others. I appreciate that they go beyond for there customers. I will be back to order more.

There are far too many promotional things for sale in the aisle at the front of the store. It makes it very hard to get around if you have a cart.

Most of the employees in this store go above & beyond their line of duty to help the customers, especially in the plumbing & electrical where I use it a lot more.

I live between two Home Depots in Orange. I drive all the way to this Fullerton store for the clean store and excellent service.
