Joshua at check out is fantastic - friendly and efficient. The lumber department is constantly understaffed and there is too much warped lumber on the shelves to pick through.

Store clean, and plenty of products available. Needed help in electric dept. and battery dept. and got extra special service from an employee including checkout and help to car. This is most unusual and most appreciated and speaks well for Home Depot employees.

I always shop at Home Depot and I'm lucky enough that there is one not far away. The Gaithersburg Home Depot has plenty of orange-apron-wearing staff throughout the store that if I have questions, I don't have to look far. I need to use an electric cart to shop or I wouldn't be able to shop at all, and this store has several carts charged-up and ready at the entrance and someone to get one ready for me to put my walker in and go! The store is well-stocked, and the aisles are wide enough to navigate with lots of specials in every department. I especially love this time of year when plants and gardening supplies are out with ideas on how to show them at their best at my home. So friendly, professional people, no empty shelves, lots to choose from and so much on sale...what's not to like?!

Always Professionals and helpful

I use this home depot for almost everything that I need and they always have my product that I need. What's great is the return policy No question asked fast and clean.

I went to this store to find a few gardening items I needed. I was very happy with their selection of Shovels and pruners. I also looked at their plants and they were in very good shape . They have an amazing collection of succulents at very good prices. The store is both clean and well organized.

This is a great Home Depot. I loved the folks there who were knowledgeable and kind. Go there!

I purchased four different products. They were easy to find with one exception. I came upon two floor representatives who were immediately able to direct me to the final product.

This store is one of the best and their employee make the difference.

Really have had enough of this store and it's employees. It is hard to get into, parking is terrible takes at least 15 minutes to crawl around all the standing vehicles to find a spot, then you have to run the gauntlet to get to the doors and once inside items are not stocked, lines can get long you end up eating up lots of time you don't have. Please don't ask any employee a question you get a lot of "not my department" or "don't know". If something is not stocked but in pallets up on the shelves don't ask for them to get it down. You will get a 20 minute discourse on how much work it takes to get a pallet down, clearly something they don't want to do. Oh and if you ever need propane this is not the store to come to if you plan on eating dinner that night. The person with "the key" must be a leprechaun always impossible to find. If you need to shop at HD make the effort to drive to Aspen Hill or Germantown. Much better stores, better parking, and staff that actually look you in the eye and assist. Better chance of getting what you want/need in a far nicer way.

This is a very busy store compared to other Home Depots I frequent. I think they have trouble keeping up with the customer traffic. Parking lot is also a challenge and dangerous. Employees when you can find one that isn't helping someone else are very helpful.

The sales reps in the lumber department are awesome. Very helpful and professional. The lumber department well organized. Love having tools available to me to cut moulding to sizes I need. A lot to choose from as well. I really appreciate the store having the large cutting machines and knowledgable staff to work them. Never went in the store and found large cutting machines out of order like I did at another Home Depot in the area.

I’m a frequent customer to this Home Depot. Found myself here for flooring and although the product was not in-stock here the associate Brenda helped locate it online through Home Depot’s website in the nearby zip code. She made suggestions and helped me confirm measurements and other items needed for my project. I needed items soon and she was extremely efficient in confirming the availability at that store! She helped me secure the order by taking me to the cashier to purchase. I was able to purchase other supplies needed in this store as well. The items were picked up successfully by my Handyman! Pleased and very satisfied with my latest experience!
