I found Michelle went above and beyond the call of duty to assist me in obtaining the 16"X16" step stones I needed to complete a DIY project! She went so far as to find someone that could get down a new pallet of stones to help me get just what I needed.. I have found that The Gallup, NM store to be very helpful every time I've gone there be it for Garden, Lumber, Appliances, Electrical or plumbing. I have shopped in Albuquerque also but none are as helpful as the store in Gallup. This my Home Depot store of choice for customer service and assistance to make sure you get what you need!

The store was unorganized in it's placement of products. I was looking for a specific type of caulk for my RV and I found caulks in three different departments before I found that one I wanted. To make sure I wanted to ask an associate if I got the right product. I stood in line for 15 min. before the one-man department was able to help me.

I walked in knew what I needed got asked and approached by alot of associates. It was nice

Needed to get parts for my air conditioner and found the item I needed right away! Store associates were helpful and very friendly. I would highly recommend this store!!

Ray, the associate in Tool Rentals really went the distance when problems arose with the equipment. Took a tough situation and totally made up for any inconvenience... Good Job Ray!

I visit homedepot often, we built a barn and now a Hogan. the store is clean and the worker are helpful

The clerk Michelle Morales was excellent so helpful with Great customer service which in Gallup NM is very rare. She made me feel like I was the only one in the store giving me the upmost attention Gallup NM needs more Michelle in the work force

I've visited this store a number of times in recent weeks. The associates don't know where products are displayed, or if they even carry them! Ask one, get one answer, ask another, get an entirely different answer, ask a third, and they say the item isn't even carried! Besides that, ordered carpet and installation in May, and still hadn't seen or heard from them in mid-June! Associates weren't even able to track order on their computer system. Very, very frustrated!!!

We hav been purchasing from this store due to doing an addition to our home as well as doing home improvement. We were not helped many times and had to leave due to associates not wanting to get better boards for us. Recent visit was better than ever. We were pleased with the help.

This trip I purchased cleaning products for my office. A nice young sales clerk help me with locating the vacuum cleaners bags, I was surprised that you don't carry many vacuum cleaner bags. I needed a Hoover Style B bag but all you had were A, S, and YZ, I decided to just purchase the A, so I will probably be bring that back in for a refund, I think the bag is going to be to small. So maybe you could consider ordering some Hoover Style B vacuum cleaner bags. Otherwise my trip is always fun at Home Depot.

Associates are very helpful. Have gone above and beyond to help me solve a problem. At one time had 3 associates working with me to help solve issue I was having with a tricky repair.
