Inadequately stocked...products mis-managed on the shelves and department staff absent so no assistance was available. did not notice the cleanliness. check out lady was great. But i wasted an hour and still did not fine a wall switch to match the color of the switch plate on the shelves. Also needed assistance with purchase of #6AGW and #8AGW and could not purchase it because no one was available to help. I was told that i needed to come back when the department staff was there. He only works 2 days a week. I am not planning my day or week based on the availability of a specific store clerk. I will drive to Albuquerque and shop at Loews first. You struck out when it was your "at bat".

I would just like to commend Christina the cashier for her helpfulness and great attitude. I think that her ID is CMM4623. She is always very helpful and cheerful. Kudos to her.

Kitchen designer was unmotivated and seemed as if we were an infringement upon his time of doing nothing & being endlessly unhappy. He ordered the wrong item, now I have to wait another 2 weeks for the correct item. I had to enlist management to resolve my issue. My question to Gallup Home Depot management, is why hire anyone if you are going to be assisting your dissastisfied customers in the end?

Tried to purchase an appliance, only to be told its special order. The first sales associate whom assisted didn't know how to order appliance. A 2nd sales associate didn't know how to order the LP conversion kit for the appliance. Is this store for real?! They don't know anything about what they sell.

I had good experience while shopping at the Gallup store.

Horrible customer service. Staff walk around ignoring customers and chatting amongst themselves.

Understaffed with the most unfriendly personal.

The Gallup Home Depot is located next to the largest Native American reservation, the Navajo. About 1/2 of the tribal members come to shop in Gallup, not just at Home Depot but other businesses too; at the end of the month or middle of the month. When this happens any store in Gallup is full of Natives. Home Depot needs to have more employees working at these times, its difficult to get adequate help and service at these times, and does become frustrating. Home Depot and any other business in Galllup should know this, but for some unknown reason businesses are short staffed during these times. Please give the best possible service to your customers at these times of the month, they are spending their 'hard earned' money there. Respectfully, Tim

Nothing to say except poor customer service, little to no standards when it comes to cleanliness or the appearance of the store.

Friendly, informative employees. Well stocked and marked Aisles. Quick checkout with either normal checkout or self checkout available with no long lines normally. And you can order online and pickup in-store for free. Who could ask for more. I have shopped in several Home Depot stores and the Gallop, NM store on Kachina St. is the best in all ways so far!

Employees at this store are friendly, helpful and there is always someone asking if we need help or finding what we need.

Our experience at Gallup Home Depot was great. The employee asked what we needed and he showed us a better deal and we purchased the better deal. Very nice gentleman and professional.

The employees at this location are not afraid to go "above and beyond", to satisfy you. I was impressed with their knowledge, patience and professionalism. Ray, Billy and Miriam are worth their weight in gold! Dedicated and hardworking employees.

There is never anyone available to help you or they just ignore you completely.

Store was clean and what I needed was easy to find.

The associate in flooring, Billy Clark was very knowledgeable and helpful even about products not in his department.

Employees help In assisting you to make your visit easier to find merchandise and give guidance on what items to get.

Home Depot has more item to select from than our local lumber stores.

I was helped by 2 excellent associates from Gallup,NM ,Chad E from mill works and Mike H from hardware. These 2 young men went out of their way to help me and ensure I got everything I needed for my project.

We visit this location for many reason and for several occasions, employee Lori is always dedicated in our satisfaction. Again, keep up the outstanding work and dedication.

I was unsure how to go about working on a project of mine, and I explained to the carpet and paint department staff what I was trying to do with a room of mine. They showed me different materials and gave me great suggestions on how I could go about making my project work. They were friendly and very helpful.

The store was clean, however associates were not helpful, most of the time you can't find an associate to help you.

Nothing is in stock & no one cares. Service is bad

Albert really helped me on a past shopping trip. He helped me figure out how to extend a water line to make it reach a new toilet. On this trip, he recognized me and helped me find what I needed, which saved me a lot of time hunting for it myself.

Very unfriendly cashier in garden section. Needs a little relationship training. Very sullen and not pleasant at all. Made the shopping trip a downer! Staff throughout the store are generally very pleasant on most trips. I only visit this store because it is the only Big Box store in town.
