This store is always well maintained, stocked, well lite and there are always someone to help.

Love the location of this store when I get off from work I like to stop by maybe once or twice a week. They always have good sales here, they always have good stuff on clearance for a good price and sometimes if you ask nicely manager might knock off another 20% off what ever price is marked down great staff as well very helpful

Jorge Vallejo at the Pro Desk was extremely helpful in assisting us with the selection of our purchases. We visited with him 3 times making changes and additions to our repair and remodel list. We have a rent house in Garland that was completely trashed. We had to replace 10 out of 12 doors, an entire kitchen and two entire bathrooms. Plus repairing wallboard and ceiling texture. Once the inside is brought up to our satisfaction we will begin the process of repairing the outside of the house. I am very pleased with the assistance and prices provided by my Home Depot.

We prefer this store over the one that's closer to our house mostly because we never have to look for assistance. They are always ready and willing to offer help when we've visited.

This location is my local homedepot that is closest to my house. Although I rarely get to shop there due to majority of my work is other areas of town, but I enjoy being able to take my time while shopping there it's always pleasent experience

Purchased an oven range that I wanted to return and was pleasantly surprise at how comfortable the associates made me feel and the assistance that was given was great. I received a no hassle credit for my return and purchased a replacement. Great customer service!

We had already looked at Harbor Freight and at Lowes for saw horses and for the price and the quality, the ones we purchased at Home Depot were great. The associate that helped us find them and helped with the packaging that was messed up was awesome (to clarify they were a two pack, but someone had busted open the package and took one out). The associated immediately checked stock and helped not only us but another lady that was there looking for the same thing. Great experience.

Found the extension cord I was looking for on an endcap before I even got to the extension cord isle. My lucky day I guess!

This store must be closing as there has been on restocking in Hardware for a month.

I HAVE BEEN GOING TO THIS STORE FOR A WHILE AND YOU CAN FIND GOOD DEALS, PEOPLE ARE FRIENDLY AND ITS EASY TO FIND WHAT YOU ARE LOOKING FOR.

Was looking for fans after the A/C had gone out in our home. Every other store was out of stock as I guess these are seasonal items. Was able to find an associate quickly and they pointed us to their stock of all sorts of fans with lightning speed. Was able to get everything we needed (Tower Oscillating fan with remote) and were in and out in less than 15 minutes, Kudos HD! :)

This is a big store with a great paint department, full line of plumbing parts, fully stocked lumber department, and they carry lots of odd-n-end items that aren't carried elsewhere. Wish they had a rental department for yard tools and such.

It's awesome you can find anything you need workers are really helpful and it's really clean it smells good

Store associates are never around to cut wood. I go to Lowes for wood that requires cutting.

I do my own home repairs and sometimes I need advice on the product I need to buy or install and the personnel are very knowledgeable.

Rita went above and beyond helping me from start to finish on my purchase. It wasn't easy but she stayed with me util it was loaded in my car. Totally took care of me and did it with a big smile.

We shopped at the Arlington, Tx. Store. Not Garland. They are always very friendly and helpful. The girls in paint have some challenges. Their focus is not always on the customer. Very friendly though.

I usually prefer Lowe's to Home Depot, but on this day I wanted to see a particular rug in person that I had found online, so I went into Home Depot. I was just browsing thru the lights and fans and encountered Jim. He was so helpful in answering my questions about ceiling fan size and LED vs. regular light kits. I decided to go ahead and purchase the rug I came in for, a fan, lamp, paint and tile.
