BEWARE. The Garden Center sells plants treated with Neonicotinoids. Even though approved by the FDA, this pesticide affects beneficial insects like bees, butterflies, and other pollinators. Check the labels.

I live between this store and the Round Rock location - but I will go to this store just to see Celeste - she is usually at the cash registers or in the self help area - my goodness this woman is special! She showed extreme patience and kindness towards my talkative father who was visiting from Minnesota and helping me with my garage project. She honored his service as a Veteran, treated him with respect and then recognized me the next few times I have come up there - I will go just to see her face - she is an incredible human being - you are lucky to have her!

This store always has what we need in stock but if not, they order and get it to us ASAP. We have used this store to coordinate a complete kitchen reno and currently ordered product for a laundry backsplash. Always, always friendly service!

I can to this store when I was disappointed with the store closest to me. Bereny was the flooring specialist I worked with and she went over and beyond to make my purchase a good experience. I am so thankful for her taking the time to work with me when I know she was busy. Thank you!

Excellent sales associates and overall positive experience with Home Depot.

The employees in this store are so friendly that you feel they are neighbors. I have attended several DIY classes, we have ordered and had installed several appliances, and even coordinated big home service projects through the store. The employees help one another, are cordial to everyone, teammates and customers alike. If you have to call in, phones are answered promptly and calls return to whomever answered so they can page an employee for you. If you cant find something employees stop what they are doing and walk you to the correct location. Its a really nice customer-centered culture and environment.

Having moved to Texas from various settings in the midwest, I can genuinely say that the Georgetown Home Depot has the absolute friendliest, most patient and knowledgeable employees of any Home Depot.

We saw in a model home patio doors with the shade between the glass panels. We decided that was what we wanted so we went to the Door department at Home Depot. The sales person was extremely helpful explaining the installation process and placed an order for us. The installer arrived exactly on time and did a super job. We would recommend Home Depot be your go to home improvement store.

Most employees are rude and act bothered if you ask for help and this is a constant thing.

We were able to find what we wanted with the help of 2 or 3 employees. We also got some ideas of other things to purchase in the future. The store was well organized. Two associates were especially friendly & went out of their way to be helpful.

Super people working at this store, the management has created a customer service culture that allows for a speedy visit if you ask for support or a casual stroll to brain storm without harassment. A very tough balance but these folks have nailed it.

I have always found the Georgetown Home Depot store clean and easy to shop. However I once was trying to repair something that required a very unusual screw and two of the Georgetown staff spent considerable time finding just what I needed ! When my wife and I were re tiling our bathrooms and later our kitchen, we received considerable advise and support from Mark (who at that time worked in the tile department). All the staff are always helpful and friendly.,,I visit your store 2-3 times each week.

The garden center employees as well as in-store employees are ALWAYS EAGER TO ASSIST!!! They are friendly, knowledgeable and helpful!! The store is clean and conveniently arranged. The store maintains a nice inventory to make it a one-stop shopping experience for home and garden needs.

I have purchased in the last two months the following at this store: oven, microwave oven, refrigerator, clothes dryer and washer, dish washer, and a front door and a storm door. This involved 6 separate delivers only one was delivered as I understood the procedures it was delivered when scheduled with the deliverer calling 20 minutes before arrival. I waited 5 hours for the frig scheduled delivery only to find out the night of the delivery date it had been delayed a week. The front door was delivered 10 days after the original scheduled date but the storm door came two days later as they could not find it. By hind sight I am wondering why I continued to buy from the store except it is near where I live.

You have a question about how to do something with wood, go see Pete Salazar! You can tell him what you are trying to accomplish and he will try to find and suggest things that will help you accomplish your project. I needed a dog ramp for my car and he was extremely helpful for me. I was able to make a dog ramp for a fraction of what it would have cost to go buy one. On top of that, he suggested I go outside and measure the height and interior width of my SUV so we can guarantee the cut would fit. It does! It fits beautifully!!! Thank you Pete!!!! So extremely grateful to have met you and gotten your assistance.

Always close and convenient... sometimes under staffed. Would like to see more selection of RO systems. Many families need systems that filter out floride.

This store is full of employees that go the extra mile to make sure you find what your looking for. While most stores will point you to an aisle, the employees at this store actually walk you there to help you find it. Management makes customer satisfaction a number one priority. Highly recommend Home Depot but this location in particular is the best.
