If you ever get James in the paint dept ask for someone else. I don't think he understands how to treat people with respect.

I do not recommend James in the paint dept. He would be better of as an employee at Dicks Last Resort.

The return process is fast.

The Georgetown Home Depot is great. Sales staff are very friendly and knowledgeable across areas.

What happened to Mark at register 2! No one can match his speed and accuracy! If I screwed up getting my supplies and have an "odd-ball" part, Mark will catch it and inquire if this was correct. 99% of the time it was not correct because items are mixed in the bins. He saves my Butt on a regular basis. Need to get him back!

This is the best Home Depot I have ever gone to and that is 100% due to the staff. I am always impressed at the friendly service and expertise of the employees. Here are the ones I love! Stan Max Gilberto Alex Hannah Sandra Cindy Ceasar Nelly There are more but my memory is failing me. My puppies Sammie and Snoot love the store. They love the staff.

Had a wonderful young lady, Alex, help me solve an online order issue. She is a jewel.

Always find what i need staff is a great help. The only time i ever had a issue the managers went beyond to help me. I was very surprised working customer service myself they are great

I went to buy plants and found that the sprinkler was on in the garden area at 3:00 pm on a Saturday. I went to ask it be turned off so I could shop and found that this is controlled in Atlanta. I live in Texas and along with the wet it was very windy and no one could shop in the garden area. I ended up leaving and shopping elsewhere. I did find the people at the store helpful but this is a silly situation. Very disappointed.
