Being an older widow, I am not alone with Home Depot for repairs & upkeep of my home. A touch of security I thought was gone.

no review is better than a bad review, next time I need paint items I will go to Lowes

I would and do recommend this store regularly due to your cashier, Mark. He's always friendly and fast.

Mark is my favorite employee at the Home Depot. He's the one employee that I see every time that I shop. He is always friendly and helpful.

Garden Department uses overhead sprayers to water plants during shopping hours. Makes the Garden area a terrible mess during shopping hours. The staff says it is necessary to keep the plants watered but the mess should be done in the middle of the night, not during shopping hours.

The staff here is always helpful and nice to talk to. The manager has helped us over the years and has always gone above and beyond to provide excellent customer service.

Excellent service

There are two employees, one female and one named Rich, who were extremely helpful to me. (I didnt get the females name) Rich fixed my Tiffany lamp and I was very grateful since I was in the middle of moving from Austin and he even welcomed me to Georgetown!!

Jermey the manager and his whole team go the extra mile to make sure we're happy with whatever we need. Not just us, I've seen him hands on with many other customers.

My family shops regularly and often at the Georgetown Home Depot because the atmosphere is welcoming, and everyone is super knowledgeable and helpful and if at any time someone doesn't know the answer they know how to get the answer asap! In particular we want to shout out hurrah's for Max, a wonderful and stellar Home Depot representative who is graciously responsive and has creative ideas to share when he is asked to assist in solutions for our home improvement dilemmas! Max you and your colleagues inspire our loyalty to your Home Depot location because you are so nice and have such all encompassing knowledge of the store's inventory and your creative solutions to customers home improvement dilemmas is priceless! Another stellar Georgetown Home Depot team member is cashier Matthew, who has a fabulous smile, warm demeanor and is an articulate communicator!

Front desk customer service is the worst. They are not friendly AT ALL. No greeting at all when I walked up to the counter. The lady just looked at me, said not one single word. I needed to exchange an item, did not have a receipt because I used my Home Depot credit card and the item I was returning was included in my quartz counter top purchase. Customer Service agent made me feel that I was inconveniencing her. She sat down at the computer, would not look at me and said what's your phone number. She then said I can't help you, someone from another department would have to help me. She paged someone, still would not look at me. The least she could have said was someone will be right here, sorry for the wait, or how are you doing..nothing at all. I waited in extremely awkward silence. After a while of just standing there made to feel like a real bother, I went and got another basket and went back to the counter top area told them what I needed and they took care of it for me. As I was walking out the door I told the young lady at the customer service desk, don't worry I took care of it and someone will be up here shortly to get the item I brought back. She finally looked at me and still did not say a word, no I am sorry, have a nice day. NOTHING!!

The store and employees were outstanding. Several employees offered assistance. We had a very great shopping experience. Thank you. The store was in excellent order too. Great selections in the Garden shop too!!!

THIS STORE IS EXCELLENT. EMPLOYEES ARE HELPFUL AND KNOWLEDGEABLE. I HAVE ALWAYS FOUND SOMEONE TO HELP ME IN THIS STORE WHEN THERE IS A PARTICULAR ITEM I CANNOT FIND. SAME IS TRUE FOR TECHNICAL ADVICE.

All-in-all it is good and usually has what I need.

I shop regularly at 3 local Home Depots, but I find the staff at the Georgetown store to be just a little better than the other stores. Not a negative at all on the other stores but the folks in GT seem to do a better job. Friendly folks.

We have shopped at all the local Home Depot stores but the Georgetown store seems to have the best inventory and the most knowledgeable staff. The management is always available to help.

I have what is called pop-up ceiling in my home which is about 8.5 feet x 17.5 feet and had the idea to install the 1x6 tounge and groove in this area. I used the 8', 10' and 12' boards offered - the material was very good once I found enough straight boards. I installed four 5" recessed lights and new ceiling fan. Purchase everything from this store - electrical supplies, stain, satin polyurethane sealer, paint, ceiling fan - with exception of lights which I bought on line from Home Depot. I couldn't be happier with finish product and cost of project. Thanks for being Home Depot.

I was pleased with the products available at The Home Depot, great staff they will help you find what ever you need, overall great place to shop.

Since moving to Georgetown I used to shop Home Depot because I had few choices in the area but over the past year I have noticed an improved attitude from all the employees. HD is now my preferred place to shop for ALL my home improvement project solutions because of the 'can do' and 'I WANT to help' attitude they all demonstrate. This is critical for my novice handyman abilities and I have gained a new appreciation for this store. Thank you for making this a better store.

Good selection of plants/shrubs for spring, helpful staff, good prices!

This store is clean and has a good selection of the products you need. The people in the paint center are very nice, patient and helpful - great selection of paint colors. The garden center is very frustrating. The plants NEVER have the right signage in front of them. Good thing I know my plants so I can find the right price. I've told the manager and the garden center employees, but they could not care less. The lady who delivers the plants is a very rude know-it-all and says it's not her problem. I think this not only inconvenient but also deceptive, especially to people who don't know their plants.
