I get into many HDs all over the Austin Area and this Georgetown HD stands head and shoulder above all the rest. So many employees go above and beyond to be helpful, and friendly. Its always a pleasant experience at this Home Depot.

I had wonderful customer service from John, a cashier at Home Depot. I was having a tough day and he did all the right things to bring back my smile! Thanks John. I won’t forget you!

This is the BEST Home Depot ever! Everyone is always so friendly and helpful. One time in particular, the manager and staff went out of their way to assist. I went to this location a half hour before closing to pick up a bunch of heavy stones for our tree ring. Not only was the night manager, Ben, extremely helpful, but he and several staff members, including Joey, Nic, John, Jan, Shawn, and Ronnell, all mobilized to help move the stones. Despite the fact that it was the end of their day, everyone was in good spirits and happy to help. I have been to many Home Depot locations, and never have I encountered such great customer service!

I am so thankful for the employees, they helped us with paint that was out of stock by upgrading us at no extra charge and helped when our store credit was not working.

I love this Home Depot store. I am a diy person and am in this store at least 3 times a week. Some of the staff even recognize me and go out of the way to help me. I am female and over 70 and am treated with a lot of respect. I find that that there are staff who have a lot of helpful knowledge as they have worked there for many years.

If you enjoy filthy restrooms this is your place. Like to live on the edge in a parking lot that has terrible or non existent lighting for safety? This is your place. Want to be forced to only have self checkout and be in a massive bottleneck trying to pay for your items. Enjoy moving large boards or bulky items in a tight space. This is your place. Never fear though. It’s all controlled by the corporate office. Give employees and management the feedback and they encourage you to fill out the survey or call the corporate office. Will see if they bother to contact me based on my survey and this review.

Ceasar in Millwork Area was fantastic. He was patient and detailed with me about the color and door choice for my new home.

My husband and I went to the store to shop for our first grill for our new house. We never owned one before, so we needed assistance as we had so many questions.And then we met Marcus and Adrian, who helped us to buy the best Weber grill. We appreciate their knowledge, expertise, patience, and suggestions, tips. They made us so comfortable and went above and beyond, exceeding expectations, which makes them unique. Their personalities are so fun and enjoyable to work with. Thanks again and keep up the great work you're doing for the people that do not have experience and doing thing for the first time.

The new checkout system where everyone goes thru one line to get to the registers is annoying and time consuming as compared to multiple registers where you almost immediately go to a card only line or register with an employee and get checked out quickly. The new system doesn’t work for me and I may have to begin shopping elsewhere. Time is money.

Easy to return anything you are not satisfied with....no questions, immediate refund.

The mobility scooters are often not fully charged, and are located in a place where it is difficult to maneuver to get in and out.

Was helped by many people who went far beyond the basic duties of their job to make sure I was satisfied.

OUR ARIZONA ASH TREE FROZE TO DEATH DURING LAST YEARS SNOW / ICE STORM. WE BOUGHT A NEW SMALL TREE (CEDAR ELM) THAT HAD NO LEAVES. LOOK AT THIS BEAUTY. HEALTHY AND PERFECTLY SHAPED.....

This store needs serious training and staff change. It’s in prime location and the people that work there seem like they hate it. I hope someone do something about it because I like home depot

HD charges an upcharge for tile 24" or longer that is IN ADDITION to sq. ft. price. This is ridiculous since the square footage price for the project figures in the additional inches. It is a DOUBLE CHARGE to get more money from customers and lost HD our business for our flooring project due to an added $900 charge for a 270 SF patio.

Guillermo C provided us excellent customer service at check out! He was friendly, accommodating, and went above and beyond to help us. We were also greeted by several associates throughout the store who were kind enough to point us in the right direction to find what we needed.

Customer service splendid the associate Donna Day when over to tried to helping with our issue.

I bought 1/4 X2" bolts.

I was greeted with a smile. And asked if I needed assistance. When I got to aisle I needed. The gentleman showed me a product that made my repair quicker and simpler. The cost was cheaper than the other route.

I purchased the Andersen retractable screen door. Instructions were easy to follow and door is excellent

Went shopping for new patio furniture, and found exactly what I was looking for. The store staff was very accomodating, and helped me with getting patio furniture through checkout and into my car.

Home depot has changed their Military discount program once again - they just can't seem to make it easy on veterans. Customer service couldn't help with this either. They may have improved online, by allowing you to attach your military status to your online account which applies to online purchases, but now to shop in store you are required to have a smart phone and an app installed, or you can't have your discount. If your going to offer a military discount program, ALL military should be eligible, not just those who have a smart phone.
