We really like this Home Depot. The customer service, especially in the garden center, is outstanding. We met Kyle, and Sam, the other day, and they were so helpful with getting what we needed. One star less though for not being able to navigate easily for a handicapped person. Isles too narrow, and often the ride on carts are out of order, or not charged. Other then that, we love shopping here.

A small Snickers in the rack next to the cash register is exorbitantly expensive. Although I do not remember the exact price it was approximately $3.50!!!!!

The employees always seem bothered

I needed a refrigerator and I got to talk to Sue Morales. I have never met a sales person.Sweet honest funny willing to work. Even after it was time for her to get off and she had absolutely no problem with staying was a wonderful sales person. I would buy something from her again in a heartbeat.

I was looking to buy a few DeWalt hand tools and when they weren't available at the Gladstone location, they offered to order them for me and have them sent directly to my residence. Also looked at other stores in the area to see availability.

Great friendly staff , customer for life

A wonderful lady (Shade Jackson) helped me and we did an on line order for a vacuum cleaner. She was WONDERFUL and a great help! I wish more stores had a person like her! Home Depot needs to keep her happy!

Everyone was willing to help and was so polite.

I am still continue buying at that store because i have the attention and help of Cheryl one of your employees at front desk. She is very helpful girl. She is always looking for the best options for my projects and she is very resposible and organized with her work making thing easy for me. That the main reason why I come back everytime I need buy materials to work by myself. She is a good advicer and very nice people. (Gladstone branch, NKC)
