I needed to buy paint for painting a house and garages, and the help I received from the associate was exceptional! He was friendly, knowledgeable, and totally helped without hesitation or any negative attitude! Associates I encountered at the service counter and checkout were equally as friendly and helpful! Because of such a positive experience, I WILL return to this Home Depot store in the future, even though it is a bit of a drive for me. It's worth it!

Employees were very helpful and went out of their way to answer questions.

The mobile associates are great. They are helpful and informative. There is a challenge with the customer service desk as they are not friendly or very helpful. There is an impression that we are more of a bother to them, than being friendly and helpful. We go to Home Depot at least once or twice a week, and this has never changed. There needs to perhaps be a bit of training in successful customer service.

We were very happy with the service we were given while shopping for lawn mowers! Thank you!

The store is clean and uncluttered. Once I got to know it, it is pretty easy to find stuff. Selection is decent.

Excellent and very helpful manager and associates. They bend over backwards to help you find what you need and explain things to you. My "go to" store! Shopping experience was very satisfactory, associates were helpful & provided helpful advice. Paint colors were easy to find & many to choose from. Checkout was speedy, used self checkout. Am happy with this shopping experience.

Walking in and asking for help to select the proper lighting, I was assisted quickly, professionaly and received expert advice...and this 20 minutes before store closing!

I have a Lowe's in Hibbing, where I live; I have a Menard's half an hour drive from where I live; but, I choose to drive 45 minutes to Home Depot. The variety, quality and customer service is unmatched. From items as small as caulking tape up to bathroom vanities, I find everything I need and it's always great quality! The sales associates are so readily accessible, that I usually am greeted by two or three before I even get to the department I need!

The staff is very helpful and very knowledgeable! We were helped within five minutes, were explained the different products and which would be the best. Employee was very knowledgable of the products in her department. Everything went a lot smoother than expected. It made our experience of moving into a new place a lot less stressful!

the associates were very helpful with ordering on line and the ones that help you load your orders work very hard and do not complain about how fast , how slow or how heavy things are. they also know how to load items the right way and so they will not get damaged. I am just a home owner doing my own remodel and the people at this store are well trained and know what they are talking about. I they don't they will find the right persone that dose.

Had to go thru 19 boards of "select" lumber to find 5 that weren't twisted or warped. Absolute junk wood. Employees are nice (when you can find one) but the store is not run or managed well. Other than lumber, store is ok.

Several times during my visit, I was approached by Home Depot associates to see if I needed assistance. Staff was friendly and helpful.

I shop at this store multiple times every week. I find the associates to be very helpful and always willing to help when i need it. They have good experienced workers in each department so I can always depend on knowlegable people to help me out if needed. The people are always friendly and loading helpers are always available. It is a great place to shop

We're able to quickly find what we need, get in and get out which helps immensely when trying to get home projects done. Not wasting time time at the store.

The product I knew Home Depot carried was not stocked, so I was preparing to leave and assumed I'd have to try to get it from another store. Then I was intercepted by Lori H. who asked if I found everything I needed. I told her no and she proceeded to look into it and discovered the item was on a special short sale ($100 off!). She helped me place the order to have it sent to the store. I saved $100 that I would have missed if she had not asked me if I needed help...I am very grateful she did!

I had no trouble finding what I was looking for, when we go there- there is always someone asking if they can HELP us find any thing.. A very nice place to go SHOPPING at here in Grand Rapids..

I needed a few products for some remodeling and found what I needed fairly quickly. I was quickly directed to the one item I couldn't find. There was no waiting at the checkout.

I had questions that could not be answered by a store associate. I asked to see a manager. Lori promptly came to the service desk. She was extremely helpful and did not hesitate to take care of me in a very professional manner. Great job, Lori!

This was a window replacement project. The staff were helpful with many a suggestion and the whole project went MUCH better than I thought it would. Thanks to all involved with this project.

If the lady at the PRO desk wasn't so helpfully would have taken business somewhere else due to issue with website, payment and delivery.

Was a good store experience and got what I wanted but pro build was understaffed and carts were everywhere.

I shop at this store often. they have great service and most times do not have to look for help because they ask you if you need help. great store and great asst. manager and great manager.

I have to get 6 gallons of paint originally. The paint section has things for kids to do but also fun carts. Not only did the paint not go far enough we had many more trips in that day and everyone was extremely helpful from the paint section to the people helping check us out! My daughter and I both love the store!

The associate was very helpful and knew exactly what I needed and where it was at. I was in and out of the store in no time.
