The store is very clean & it was easy to find help & the product.

Thanks to the valuable and dedicated staff of Home Depot my experience is always a 5 star rated one!!!

We drive 150 miles to visit Great Falls and the Home Depot. We have always had great service and have always had very friendly associates help us when we needed it. We purchased most of the building supplies needed to add a garage and 2 rooms to our house. We also purchased plants and supplies in the spring and a washer and dryer. Anytime we needed these types of supplies, we would go to the Home Depot in Great Falls because of the great service and the low cost. The Home Depot also gives a 10% discount to Veterans and my husband is a Retired Veteran of the Army and I am a Veteran of the Air Force. We always recommend the Home Depot to our friends.

IN AND OUT OF THE STORE RATHER QUICKLY WITH THE HELP FROM THE STAFF TO THE SHORT LINES.

I enjoy shopping at this store but was disappointed that it did not stock the Ryobi jig saw blades for my brand new jig saw. I bought some other name brand but they did not stay on my saw and 2 of the store associates did not know why this store did not stock the Ryobi blades or what else would fit. I ordered the jig saw blades on line but it is senseless not to have them in stock when u sell Ryobi power tools. I still enjoy shopping here.

I found everything I needed quickly with the help of the associates. The associates were very willing to help, friendly and cheerful. I will continue to shop at this Home Depot location.

Overall the trip to Home Depot was a lot easier than expected very friendly associates and helpful! I travel 100 miles to get to Great falls Home Depot and I am very happy with the professional attitude and atmosphere.

Martha was very much of help. She provided me information on which type of paint would be best to use within certain locations of my renters home. The checkout was very fast and reasonable. Hollie who was the cashier was very friendly and checked to make sure that I had everything that I would have needed including my stir sticks which I somehow always forget whenever i leave the checkout.

Help was very available and helpful. Better help than most other stores

Every time I visit Home Depot, even if I know exactly what I want, I feel I have to look around the store to see what else there is to see....like a kid in a candy store. I have always enjoyed my visits to Home Depot . The employees are friendly and helpful when needed. The selection is great. That's what keeps me coming back to Home Depot.

The Great Falls Home Depot is very clean and organized. They have plenty of friendly associates to assist you and you can find everything you need for home and garden in one convenient place!

The cashier, was helpful and courteous. He offered solutions to my questions that proved to be very beneficial. All stores need employees such as him.

I was shopping for plastic irrigation system parts. I had to search several aisles because the parts are in two different locations unrelated to each other. This was making my visit frustrating. When I got to the checkout, Dillon was extremely helpful and courteous and because of his personable interaction, I felt much better about the store visit. Thank you Dillon!

I love shopping in our Home Depot. I enjoy walking the isles to see what is new, especially in the Spring. The clerks are very knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. They are always willing to scan for an item that is out of stock.

It was a great experience at the store. The associates were awesome. We found everything we needed and at a great price.

Associates have no knowledge of store, would rather be visiting with each other or in taking their lunch before helping customers. An answer to your question depends on which associate you talk to. If you talk to more than one associate, you get more than one answer. Trying to get a true answer or a legitimate reason is impossible with the associates at this store!!!!

Couldn't find anyone to help - was ignored and avoided by the few sales associates that passed me. Product knowledge was lacking, no assistance from any store employee in loading a six foot, very heavy, awkward patio door, and was not made to feel like a valued and appreciated customer.

Store associates do not know what is in the store. They also do not know black from brown and always seem in a hurry or that you are bothering them when assistance is needed. Every time we have gotten something there, we have had to return it. Do not take their word for how long an order will arrive. It won't be there but will take an extra 2 weeks and then you will be lucky to know if and when it did arrive. In short, stay away from this store!!!!

Our Home Depot is wonderful, my entire family loves shopping there. We always get what we need and most of the time at a really good price. The people that work there are always helpful and if they don't know what to do for us they will find someone who does. Also really appreciate the fact that they let me bring my dogs with me without a hassle

The sales lady was very helpful in explaining the features of the different microwave ovens on display. She was very efficient in getting someone to get the one we selected from the aisle where they were stored and provided the cart for getting it to our car.

9 times out of 10 I always find what I need at Home Depot and if not I find someone to help me - this is where I shop for home, garden needs

Everyone I talked to was friendly and very helpful. The young lady that checked me out, made my day, all smiles, great attitude.

The Assoiciate in the building department is very knowledgeable about concrete for ponds and Resurfacing them.

I went to Home Depot to look at plants and building supplies with summer approaching. Before going to Home Depot, I went to Lowes to check out prices. I compared prices, availability, and attitude. I was please to be back in Home Depot. The associates really do treat you like family. The concerns of the associate in helping me the correct item to begin or complete my projects were top priority.
