It is very easy to find the thing I want using the Home Depot app. If not I would look for a all over to find things. Things don't seam to be in the department I think they would be in.

The store is clean. Items are easy to find. All of the seasonal/sale items in the front of the store have been moved to allow better/unobstructed cart assess.

The associate helped us choose the right appliances for our kitchen.

I prefer homedepot over the other stores because of thd great values and ease of shopping.

The store was clean and attractive. My issue is with the organization of the electrical hardware. It took an inordinate amount of time to locate what I needed and required customer assistance. Once I got some of the parts I needed, I looked for several minutes in frustration for the other items, circling the area many times wondering where they were. An associate pointed me in the right direction but I still had a feeling that I was searching for something that should have been more readily available in the same area it's counterparts were in. I was looking for a double switch box, a ground fault outlet and a light switch. The boxes were easily located, but the parts were mixed in the specific areas causing confusion, and then the outlets and switches were in a completely different isle. I was not a pleasant experience, compared to what I have previously experienced at Home Depot.

All of the employees in the Hanford Home Depot have been very pleasant. They are very knowledgeable and hard working people. I commend them all for being very helpful and having the patience to deal with us consumers. I thank you all for a job very well done. THANK YOU.

The selection was very good, and the service was excellent. I really like to shop at the Home Depot when this happens.

After my dentist appointment I stopped by Home Depot to shop a bit and while in the parking lot before going inside the store, the Rep from Tuff Shed was doing signage on the displays, in support of a sale I assume. Anyway he said "Yup, there on sale! You should go check out the one by the exit door, it's a smoking-hot deal!". I did and it was a 10 x 12 tall Ranch. Now, Tuff Sheds are about the best you can buy, so I was "gobsmacked" when I saw the 30% off display sign and had a chance to check the shed out. Well it was a no-brainer! It was like the fellow in Fresno who purchased the old time photo of Billy the Kid for $2.00 and had it appraised for $5 million. The price point may have been different, but I felt like I had just won the lottery! I think I'll stop by Home Depot more often now...

Instead of three assorted drift punches advertised on the package, it contained two of the same size and one that was supposed to be in it. I think a customer swapped it out and didn't say anything about it. I was disappointed when I got home and discovered it. When I went back to the store the associate cheerfully helped me select a compete set and I was on my way in a flash. Good folks there. It was a pleasure to be so quickly and cheerfully helped.

Great store in the valley. I return to this store not only because its in my home town but because of the help that they offer and prices plus I appreciate the fact that it's clean and in a great location I have had so many great experiences here. Thank you Home depot.

The store was clean, friendly and well stocked...everything was in order and easy to find. The sales associates were very happy and friendly, they were not afraid to greet you, in fear of you asking for assistance. Actually they were more than eager to assist. I felt WELCOMED there.

Overall great store. Sales associate took a while but they were short handed that day I shopped there.The store was clean and products were easy to find. I was very happy with the help I received at the bathroom fixture area.
