Store was clean

I have really got to know the employees here, as I am here almost every day for my home business. The employees are kind and helpful. There is a few times I have had to go searching for an employee in the wood area, but once I have an employee they are very helpful and quick to get me the pieces I need.

Store was very clean and the cashier Karen was very friendly.

This store is always clean. The employees are always willing to help. Cashiers always have a smile and greet you when you're ready to check out!

I recently had an amazing shopping experience at Home Depot. Had a serious roof leak due to heavy storms in the area for the past two months. The store had the best product for brush on roof repair. It was pricey but the store had the product I needed. It was 100% silicone. The store was out of five-gallon buckets but discounted the total cost because I had to buy seven one-gallon buckets which would have increased my cost by a large amount. The store managers and associates were very fair and took care of the difference in price.

I encountered competent, helpful and friendly employees. Signage was readable and accurate, making finding stuff easier. They could be sure to have checkstands open at each end of the store (by both exits.)

We purchased several appliances over the weekend, and Lee Lee was amazing. She knew her stuff and made the experience easy. She never rushed us, and she actually stayed late to get us all finalized.

The store was very clean and in order! The employees were all helpful and polite!

This past experience shopping at Home Depot in Harrison Ar was great.. everyone there was nice and very helpful in both cases that we were there for home and business.. I appreciate the fact that they are friendly and everyone I past said hello and asked if I needed help. Thank you

Shopping at the Home Depot Harrison store has always been easy. I have always been able to find help when I need to find something. The workers are always friendly and glad to help you find what you need.

The Home Depot store in Harrison is really exceptional. I moved to this area a few years ago and they have really been fantastic with helping me get my house remodeled and with all the challenges that can come with that. They are super professional, understanding and go the extra mile to make sure you get what you need. I have lived in different states in the US and by far this is the best service of all the Home Depots I have been to. Thanks for the great support and for your outstanding management team!

It is a great store always clean and busy people are friendly willing to help

Went to Harrison HD picked out a clothes washing machine. Employee said it had to be ordered even though it was in the store. She tried to sell me the one beside it which was not what I wanted. I went to competition and bought a machine.

Adelynn was extremely helpful when I was checking out.

The products I wanted and needed at great prices and a staff that was friendly and extremely helpful!

People are friendly and find someone to help if they cannot.

The manager did a good job resolving my issue.

Store advertises same-day installation for hot water heaters but when the installer called he advised me he did not work for the Harrison Home Depot anymore and had told them several times this also the installer in for me it would be $1,300 to install a hot water heater that is just a little ridiculous.

The employees are always friendly and happy to help.
