I asked for an item and 3 associates who were not with other customers sent me to different aisles. Finally the last associate did the same but he sent me to the correct aisle.

when I requested support and help from the painting department associates, they were quick to provide the necessary help.

Happy with the help that I received with lawn mower repair. I was given a date as to when my lawn mower would be serviced. I was especially happy when I received a phone call saying that it could be repaired even sooner.

When i have a return, it is Elaine that I turn to. I am bummed when I see her at the return desk and have nothing to return. She really makes my visit/day.

Found what I needed easily. Associates helped with additional items I needed.

We've been visiting Home Depot quite a bit, in the last year, because of home improvement projects. Each time we stop in, we are made to feel welcome, and valued, as customers of the store. Highly trained sales associates offer advice and support, and help us to find exactly what we need to complete our work! We enjoy the quality of products, the ease in finding our purchases, and the additional help at check out. The Hazlet Home Depot is one of our favorite stores to shop!

All the associates are friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. I always have good interactions with the associates. The store manager, Ms. Martin, is approachable. I give her the credit for creating an environment that allows the associates to be just as approachable.

rented a tile saw associate gave me the wrong stand ,had to go back on rental time to get the right one . stated someone had just brought back a medium size tile saw like the one i rented

It's my favorite home Improvement store. If I can't find something quickly, I ask an associate and they also direct me accurately to where the item is.Prices are fine. All in all,a good experience.

I was satisfied with the overall ease of the online experience. I found myself smiling when my purchase / pick-up was completed. It was because I was handed a card of thanks and a small piece of mint candy, which I didn't expect.

I went into the store to buy items that I did not require assistance with, and I had at least 3 store associates asked me if they could be assistance to me! Your associates always seem so willing to assist!

I've gone into this particular store many times in the past month. We've purchased a house and are first time homeowners so we have very little experience and need assistance every so often. This store in particular never seems to have anyone around and when I do see an associate, they're generally talking to another associate. No one offers assistance. We've walked out a few times and have gone to Lowes just a short distance away. This Home Depot is very close to where we live so we go out of convenience, for smaller items that we know we don't need assistance with, but other than that, we tend to go elsewhere.

I realy like shopping at this store, it is relay clean and uncluttered. Also people are friendly.

Used Home Depot at recommendation was very happy with them although they used a contractor who then sub contracts it out yet again. Overall for the price I was extremely happy, but whlie they kept telling me I had time to pick things out, in reality I should've been just about ready to go before I signed up. If you want a good kitchen & keep within your budge they are a good choice. I would definitely recommend them and would use them again.

The consultants at Home Depot are always helpful! The products were in stock and the associates were able to help me on description even when I was not clear on the item.

My experience at Homedepot is alway exciting and eventful. Homedepot is my 2nd home, I love shopping for new ideas and I truly enjoy updating my home. I wish I could possess such enjoyment fulltime... thank you so much, alway a pleasure to shop at Homedepot...

The personnel here make me want to go back again! Peggy in windows was so super helpful and patient with us. I cannot recommend her more! (Wish you had non-hatched windows in stock, though!!!)

Joe and Ron of Section D25 were extremely helpful with the item I purchased retrieving it from the upper storage rack and explaining how to checkout the item.

Store clean and bright and associates are generally very knowledgeable and helpful. I would definitely recommend the store itself. The installation contractors for doors are god awful though! My family and I have had 3 different occasions to have exterior doors installed and none of us will ever do it again through Home Depot. These 3 different installers ultimately installed the doors properly, but tried to extract more money for the job in the process. One tried to get $200 cash to replace rotting wood on the sill, which had already been included in the price given by the estimator. He also wanted $500 to hang plastic sheeting up to keep dust out of my pregnant daughter's house while he worked. Th installer who put in my front door used my planter tubs as a sawhorse and ripped up ceramic tile in my foyer when he removed the old sill, saying it was not his problem. I had to pay someone to come fix it.

i have always loved home depot, i can always find what i'm looking for, if not an assoc. will always be able to assist me, prices always good, product knowledge usually great, in this visit the sales assos. in lumber didn't know the cedar fences are not cedar they are cedar stained. you can purchase cedar fence on line @ home depot.com

when others didnt have raised garden I wanted to try they had it.Ordered online picked up in store
