COME BACK TO HOME DEPOT!! For the longest time I was disappointed in Home Depot and its 'nowadays' style (zero interest in assisting customers) BUT...Tadaaa! They changed...and they changed for the better. They are back to being friendly, courteous, informative, fast and useful. It has been a great surprise... now I am back purchasing at Home Depot.

Employees are very helpful and engaging to see if you need anything rather than having to seek for assistance if needed.

I have always been pleased with the knowledgeable and courteous service provided by your employees at The Home Depot store in Hazlet, NJ. I have watched your employees graciously point out where an item can be located. Most all seem to take pride in offering their service. I sincerely hope the company that manages these surveys advises management of these type of positive reviews - and in turns notifies and rewards the actual employees for their excellent service. Ed And Sal made my shopping experience so less stressful ill be looking for them every time i shop Joyce the cashier gladly end my visit with her quick wit and divine inspired humor. She had me almost peeing myself as i left and after what i spent miracles do happen apparently there.

I'm not very good at the self checkout. As I was proceeding to pay and leave the store the woman at the self checkout approached me and scanned my purchases for me. I was done in a minute. I would have been there 15 minutes if I did it myself.

We love Home Depot. My husband and I usually go there once or twice a week. Usually everyone in the store is wonderful from the associates to the checkout. Today we felt the associate didn’t want to help us. There were other people who also asked him for help he walked them to the area and pulled out what they needed. My husband was angry I calmed him down and told him I would put it in the survey. If I need assistance in the future, I will find someone else.

This Home Depot store in Hazlet, NJ had accurate inventory as shown on the website. I viewed online for the store in Old Bridge (Rt 9 South) - it showed they had 100+ of the Clayton Paver Old Town Brick, but when I got there and looked around (top racks) and I couldn't find any. Then I checked online and found the Hazlet store had 200+ in stock, so I drove there and found plenty.

Hazlet Home Depot is a 10+ as far as I am concerned, especially customer service. You especially can't beat their paint department. I tried another store, that home depot competes with, and found it lacking so much compared to home depot.

I found was the Hazlet Home Depot to be clean and safe . I purchased a washer/dryer through the appliance department and I was taken care of right away. My purchase was processed by Home Depot employee Catherine R. she answered all my questions and made my experience a pleasant one. I would highly recommend this store and direct you to Catherine if you are interested in buying new appliances.

This store is clean, requires a mask to enter, and has a hand sanitizing station at the door. The staff is very helpful finding things and it's easy to check out. Prices are excellent too. Particularly like their garden center, and getting the furnace filters I need.

Need to get a handle on items in stock and not just at this store but seems like all home depot stores will show plenty of a particular item in stock and when getting to the store that item is not available. Then asking for help the attitude is "nope we dont have it sorry". Most of the employees dont care.

If I could give this store no stars, I would. Terrible customer service, sales associates know nothing. Sold us a broken grill and have been impossible to deal with as a result. Shop elsewhere.

Sad to say but this store has been consistently going down for a while now. The employees they’re hiring are rude. This is not the first time we’ve had issues requiring a manager to resolve.
