Overall a good experience in would Recommend anyone to visit

No matter what I am shopping for, Home Depot in Hillsborough has friendly, knowledgeable staff to help and everything is easy to find. They always have what I am looking for.

We have a choice of locations for going to a Home Depot and decided to go to this store. Depending on customer service, we would place our order at that store. We could not have asked for anyone to be more helpful, and went out of her way to assist us. We will definitely return to this location in the future, and recommend it to friends and others if asked.

I CAME TO HILLSBOROUGH SPECIFICALLY LOOKING TO FIND ONE PRODUCT THAT DAY AT THE HOME DEPOT. I DISCOVERED I WILL HAVE TO SPECIAL ORDER IT HOWEVER AT THIS TIME I AM NOT READY TO DO SO.

I had a very helpful associate who pointed out the 2 options that satisfied my need.

The availablity and selection of audio and video connection is very good.

We were greeted warmly at the entrance and was helpful in directing me to the right department.

I'm in & out of this HD almost every day and kind of take for granted the excellent service provided by all the associates. But am taking a moment to say thanks for maintaining such a helpful & friendly atmosphere at the store. Not every HD is like this, but they all could be & should be.

We were so impressed with the customer serve we received by Terry D., Carlo and Megan. They went over and beyond to help us. They are the reason we purchased our air conditioning unit that day. You can tell the Hillsborough store has great Management.

I went into the store last week & was in a hurry, the young lady working the checkout could tell, I was in a rush, & asked if she may assist, I accepted her offer. She quickly directed me to what I needed, also showed me the different value items of the same items, & was helpful in making a choice of which to pick. I returned to check out, & was paid, & on my way before I would have found the item I was looking for at the competitor. Excellent, help Susan did a great job.

I have been to most Home Depot stores in the surrounding areas. Hillsborough has the most friendliest and helpful associates i have ever experienced in any Home Depot Store. Regardless to which associate you encounter, even if it is not his/her area, they attempt to assist you. If they can not assist or answer your question, they will find the person who can. They are always smiling. They seem to love the job they do. They are also seem very knowledgeable of what they do. I am working on many home projects right now, so I frequently visit the Hillsborough home depot store. Each time I visit, it is such a great experience. I love my Hillsborough home depot store.

Home Depot always has competitive prices. The associates at the Hillsborough Home Depot are its biggest asset. Everyone is always friendly and willing to help! Always a positive experience!

We purchased an outbuilding/shed at a WONDERFUL price, and were excited about having it delivered and set up on our property. Unfortunately, circumstances forced us to cancel the purchase and we were frustrated with that turn of events. We dreaded asking Home Depot for a refund and expected that they would balk at losing such a sizable sale. They were WONDERFUL! Could not have been nicer!
