I come to this store almost every week, and it has never disappointed. The employees are great, freindly, and always help you find what you're looking for!

store was clean ,three bathrooms, the plants in the garden center were all fresh ,perky, and recently manicured.the associate, Scotty ,was very helpful and knowlegeable , about multiple items in throughout the store.and alot of patience.

The associates helped me load my car when I had a small child with me, keeping us safe and getting us on our way.

This was an important visit to Home Depot to build a special Halloween Display for our home. They had everything we needed with helpful associates to make suggestions. Neat and tidy aisles and floors, made our trip very efficient. Thank you.

i was having trouble finding the porch and floor paint, but mike in paint took me right to it (instead of just pointing me in a direction). then we had a pleasant conversation while the can was in the mixer. its nice to see quality customer service like that, keep it up!

This store is very well organized. I found it easy to find the products I needed. Great garden center. There were plenty off associates and they were knowledgeable and friendly.. I did not wait long in checkout, and they offered to load my purchases in the car for me. I like the quality of Home Depots products and the store layout was fantastic. I would definitely recommend this store.

As always the store was clean, associates all friendly and readily available for my questions which is what brings me back!

there was a young guy there with curly hair and glasses. helped me find the toilet I wanted, picked up a cart and helped me load it in the car. super helpful thanks sorry wish I had a name to provide to get you a raise. it was 10/14/15 around 7pm. thanks again

The team at the HIllsborough, NC store really came through for my husband and me, after an initial snafu with an online order. Jodi in Appliances (she is a really good advocate for Home Depot and knows her appliances well) found the right washing machine for us from the in-store stock, and then worked with Craig from Customer Service to expedite the order and promised delivery the next day. One of the store managers named Carlo brought it to our house himself with another employee. That is the very best in customer service, working overtime to correct a mistake caused by someone else.

Store is clean, and easy access. What I like best is that as often as I shop, and I have bought in small and large quantity, the sales Associates have always been very friendly and helpful. Had lots of help when loading landscape supplies, and never remember a time when I was not asked if I needed help. In Paints, tools, and electrical Associates have gone out of their way to offer education or assistance with projects. My favorite place to shop over other vendors.

The staff was very helpful. I located what I was looking for in record time.

Store was clean product easy to find. Associates walk past you do not acknowledge that you are there. The only one spoke was the cashier Edward and he gave the best I had in any Home depot

The store was pleasant to be in and delightfully clean. I had to replace some window shades and expected some rather arduous times in doing so. The store associate knew exactly where to find things and precisely what I needed. I was in and out in half the time I thought it would take. GREAT place to "make it happen".

After purchasing 1500 sq ft of flooring, it was delivered to my house on 2 pallets left in the driveway. The flooring is supposed to acclimate to my house humidity & temp...but needs to be INSIDE to do that. I called the store, and they sent 2 employees out to help move all of it into the house. They didn't need to do that...they just did it. That is amazing! I'm a customer for life.

I did receive very good help in the paint section.

Was looking for a Murray Weedeater Spark Plug # 794-00055A. The store assistant had to go online to find out what that translated to in terms of the Spark Plug that Home DePot Sold. It took him awhile to figure it out, but he did succeed. That translated to a DJ8J. Also it was a little more expensive than I thought it should be 5.98.

The people in Hillsborough NC and Orange County are both pleased and proud of the Home Depot store here. Many of us have recruited people from other parts of the county to come visit our store - especially on Saturdays when the local Farmers' Market is there. This is a mutually beneficial situation for all of us. The store associates - to a person - are professional, polite, amazingly knowledgeable of the store inventory. I know many people who will purchase items at Home Depot even though they could get the same item(s) for less money at Wal-Mart - located in the same shopping center. The staff associates and management at our Home Depot are committed to giving excellent service - not just paying. We (Hillsborough citizens)are VERY proud and pleased with the Home Depot here. This is particularly true compared to other HomeDepot stores in this area. Our HomeDepot "fits in" extraordinarily with our local culture. An example of this "fit" is the local farmers market housed on the parking lot each Saturday. Our folks are VERY loyal to both the market and HomeDepot. Recently I have observed changes in the over all pleasant spirit of store associates. I have not discussed this with any of them, but will if I see one I know while off the HomeDepot property. I have a suspicion the corporate offices/personnel are disturbing an excellent operation - especially the warm attitude of the store associates. I intend to investigate this matter in more detail.

Since moving into our home 7 years ago, we've gone to this Home Depot many times- to ask about and buy paint, tiles, garden tools, plants, screen doors, etc. Each time we've talked with friendly and knowledgeable associates. Several are still working there. Good service, clean store.
