The store was clean & everything was safely put where it belongs. The staff went the extra mile to find enough sale tile for my job & then advised me my auto would not be safe with all the weight of my order. They signed me up for a van which was in great condition & even warmed it up for me!

This store has the friendliest employees. Everyone was willing to help and went the extra mile.

We recently bought a house originally built in the mid '70's and we have been remodeling it ourselves. People at this store have been very helpful helping us plan and making suggestions for kitchen cabinets, flooring, appliances, patio doors, garage doors and almost everything else around the home. Every time I go into the store someone friendly greets me with a smile and they are always ready to answer (no nonsense, knowledgeable answers) my questions and point me in the right direction, whether it be electrical, tools or woodworking.

Great store and of course great people that make your store one of the finest in the area. Always well stocked with the products that are popular and those that fit the area requirements!! Always clean, great helpful sales people and always has the products I need and then some!! I have been known to spend a couple hours just walking thru your store with no intentions on buying when I walked in and of course there are always items in the cart when I leave. The last time I bought a WHIRLPOOL washer and dryer set, and LED shop lights!!!!! Will be back in a few weeks again to see what I need!!! All of the floor sales staff I encountered were extremely friendly and helpful / makes me want to brose the store more often.

This store always seems to be well organized. Employees are always very willing to help.

I have not had one negative experience in this store in all the years I have been shopping here. The associates have given me pointers and advice on many home improvements and repairs that I have made. I believed it is an extremely well managed store.

I have never been to the houghton lake home depot when the employees have not been helpful and friendly. I know when I go their they will do their best to help me.

I highly recommend The Home Depot #2769 Houghton Lake store for purchasing any home materials. My experience on October 9, 2018, was a pleasure from the time I entered the store and was greeted by friendly employees until I left the store and was greeted friendly by the cashier. I am a woman who knows so little about building materials so I needed all the help I could get in the lumber department. Two of their employees (Denny and Pat) helped me to purchase the correct type of wood and cut it skillfully to the correct size. By all means, shop at The Home Depot!

Everyone is more than willing to help with any questions or needs you might have. Always a pleasant experience at this location!
