A great and helpful store

An employee there named Jack is always so helpful and friendly, it's nice to see an employee who is willing to go out of their way to help and seems to enjoy doing so

Helpful Associates

We recently ordered a part for our grill and had it sent to our local Home Depot. However, the part kept being sent to a different store. The customer service associates did everything they could to get the part in to the correct store. The Assistant Manager Brian finally solved the problem to our satisfaction.

Bought a refrigerator a few days ago, and Chris in the Appliance Department was very professional, courteous and knowledgeable of all refrigerator models we looked at. He went far and beyond the call of duty, A valuable Home Depot employee.

Great Employee!

Unable to find the things we needed, my husband (who is legally blind) and I interrupted an employee from his current task who then not only walked us to find our items but also loaded them on our cart, accompanied us to checkout and then loaded our car. Good Samaritans can be found at Home Depot!
