False advertising. Bought item to be told when loading would substitute same product made by different manufacturer. What they substituted was less quantity than what I bought. Shouldn’t tell people incorrect information when loading product.
False advertising. See title for explanation. Very unhappy. Had to spend additional $22 to actually get what I originally paid for. Substituted bags of mulch that only had 1.5 cubic ft but I paid for bags advertised as 2 cubic feet. I would not pick any stars but you have to pick 1.

Outstanding customer service. Three employees were kind, considerate, extremely helpful and went beyond the call of duty to help us. Polite and thoughtful too. Need to hire more folks like these 3 special people. J, R& K. Can’t use full names.
3 individuals went way beyond normal expectations and provided way above average service, kindness, personal touch and made us feel important to Home Depot. I was also thanked for my Military Service as well. Always appreciate that.
