Like I said, they had the stuff I needed. I found it, picked it up, and brought it to the cashier. They should stock Vanilla Coke in the cooler.

We knew what we were looking for in the flooring department and 1 associate came right up and answered all our questions on flooring . Our next stop was the carpeting area and we discovered you had the perfect person in that area to answer all our questions. He provided us with additional information that we didn't realize was so important in our decisions. This is our "Go To" store for all our home projects and repairs.

The store was clean, but lighting in the garden equipment section was a little dim for me.

I find everything I needed in the store and the workers were very helpful.

I was frustrated that the product I wanted showed on the website but was unavailable at the stores I visited. It stated they had the product in stock. But they did not. I kept getting long explanations as to why things show on the website as being in stock when they really aren't. Who puts the information on the website? Sounds like a lack of communication to me. It should be truthful. Still waiting for the product I want to come in. They say it's ordered. We'll see. The last associate I talked with even got frustrated with the information she was getting when calling another Home Depot who stated on their site as having the product. Apparently, they did not. She turned it over to a manager and got right back to me via e-mail. She saved a sale.

The pro desk customer service was outstanding! An item that we needed for an important building deadline wasn't in stock at the store. The Pro Dept supervisor quickly and efficiently located what we needed from another store. She followed up with us right away and we were able to schedule a delivery in a timely manner - within 24 hours we had what we needed! Often in customer service there is so much multi-tasking going on that follow up can take a long time. We were taken care of above and beyond what I expected. I felt like a very important customer even in such a large store. Will shop at the Kent, WA location again - excellent!

We have been very happy with our whole experience, from getting the help we needed to make a decision on model to delivery and installation.

I always use the checkout people, either at checkout or self help. Feel this is a real time saver for me. Use and associate when I cannot find and items or requesting information on new items. I am usually asked if I need help or directions.

I returned some toilet tanks that I had purchased more than 90 days ago. I expected to not be able to return them. The cashier first explained the return policy but also took the extra step to see if my order could be returned. Turns out they could be returned so I officially returned them without any issues and received a full refund. Thanks to the knowledgeable (and cute) guy at the customer service desk, I left Home Depot a happy camper. Thanks, Home Depot!!

I am always pleased to be able to shop at Home Depot. The Associates are extremely helpful and are able to answer questions about just about anything I bring to them. Jill, the Appliance Associate that helped me today, was not only very professional and knowledgeable, but delightful and personable. She helped me make a final decision on the new stove I was looking for and, while doing that, gave me information about new cabinetry that I make be able to get down the road. She was a fun person to deal with, with no "pressure" but a lot of personality and good tips! She's definitely a "keeper" as far as I'm concerned. More stores should have people like Jill working for them!!! Thanks Jill! I'll definitely be back -- to you -- for my next purchases!

This past trip would of been so much better if the product location and the location on the website and app were the same. Also the stores need to label their bays. Finding the aisle is easy, trying to figure out which bay is not.

I own and manage several rental houses and income properties as well as maintain my own home. I shop at Home Depot for all of my maintenance needs. The Kent store has extremely helpful, courteous and knowledgeable employees and my shopping experiences have always been not only successful, but enjoyable. My purchases range from major appliances to nails and screws and Home Depot always has whatever I need. This month I have already purchased a dishwasher, stove, blinds, heaters & thermostats, light fixtures & bulbs, drywall repair materials, cleaning supplies, wood trim repair supplies, Kilz oil base sealer-primer, paint samples and will be buying interior & exterior paint within the next week. I love Home Depot!

Staff are helpful, even at the end of the day. They know what they are doing and are willing to help, even when you dont quite know what your looking for yourself.

Associate Javier Castillo helped I a river 20 minutes before closing night before fathrs day and I told him I needed help buying power tools he helped me lok at deals and was very patient I ended up buying a set of drill drivers and gettin a circular saw for free and buying a sall saw to al of the same brand and great price, he showed me diffrence brands before and deals but was very helpful and help me decide on the brand I choose. My fiance was very happy with his father's day gift and I was very pleased and happy with the service I got at this location I had had bad customer service in the tukwilla location that same day so decided to try the Kent location and I'm happy I did

I was having a challenging time with a few house projects so I went to the paint and lumber departments to speak with the associates. The guy ( don't remember his name) was very helpful and instead of spouting off where I could find something, he walked me to the products and explained the pros and cons of all the products. Then I headed off to paint department and received stellar help from Olivia. She is always on point with her suggestions, she knows the products and has exceptional customer service. Overall is was a great experience.

Great Experience at the Home Depot. The Paint Department matched a white door to my house exactly and the color was perfect! Excellent customer service across the board. This will be our go to store for all upcoming home improvement projects as a new home owner.

When I walked in the store was set up well and when I asked where the item was that I needed they directed me to that area quickly. Overall great experience.
