I love the associates at this store. They are friendly and always take time to help customers

One of my Saturday tasks was to have some keys made. The young lady who assisted me was super friendly and helpful... the first thing she did as she approached me was apologize for taking so long (it couldn't have been more that 5 minutes - not a bit deal). She was literally hauling two shopping carts filled with nails to restock the shelves with that had been marked down. Those things must have weighed a ton, yet she was bright and cheerful. She had my keys made nothing flat (3), and all three worked perfectly. Another patron approached as she was completing my order to have a key made and she just laughed because as she said, once she gets at the key kiosk, all of a sudden people come out of nowhere. She was absolutely delightful and did her job very well.

Just need to have better access to an associate. There are not easy to find. Once I found what I was looking for I was in and out quickly

Jill our sales associate was AWESOME!! She was so helpful and sweet. Never was pushy to purchase this item. She let us look and compare and was right there if we needed to ask questions. What a delight!

I love the neighborhood stores because they are not as busy and you get in and out pretty fast, also your noticed as a quest and the service is great i love my home depot.

I had pretty amazing customer service during this visit! Ed helped me during this trip and picked all the lumber I needed as well as pushed it around. I'm a fairly small lady and had my dog with me so it was of a lot of help. He was super friendly as well and asked about my project. I'm building a planter box and got plans online but Ed helped me do a simpler version for my first try and it saved me time and money! He also cut the lumber for me so I didn't have to and put them in the truck for me. I don't do too many projects but this is a start and I know that if I needed it, Ed would help me from steps 1-10! He really went beyond what I expected as far as customer service goes. Thank you!!

I found just what I wanted and the amount of decking was right there where she said it was. My checker at the check stand was very polite...smiled a lot and was very quick to handle my purchase.

I was looking for a very specific light bulb and they were extremely helpful in finding it and assisting in what color would be best for the area!

Needed to buy 20 bags of sakcrete, easily got that done. My only problem was that I need red plastidip and they didn't have it! Overall, they had great service.

Jill K in charge of kids club and appliances was very helpful to my cub scout troop 410 in Kent at acquiring 5 kids club kits to help my 9 yr. old cub scouts pass off their builder badge. They were so happy to have them and I let the boys and their parents know where the kits came from. Jill was very helpful and cheerful the whole time she was helping me. Although she did state that her HR in the store was stingy and usually does not ever give out any kid club kits even for the boy scouts. Jill said she liked helping the boy scouts and since the 5 kits were left over from the weeks before class she did not mind helping us. Thanks for having such a caring employee. Employee was quick and to answer my questions with knowledge and I was able to pay right there and not have to go stand in line at the checkout.

Store is always clean and well organized. No matter if you are purchasing something, returning something or just browsing there is always associates that are friendly and helpful! Such a pleasure to shop at the Kent Home Depot.

We purchased unfinished cabinets and the sale associate was extremely helpful and very polite. She answered our questions and offered us advice. She went and got us a cart and helped load the cabinets. She repeatedly thanked us for shopping in this Home Depot. Will keep coming back to this store

This location has great employees that are very helpful all the time

I purchased cut-to-fit blinds for my entire house and had the best customer service experience! The associate who helped me was so friendly; I was able to wait while my blinds were cut, even though they were busy. To top it off, the associate helped me to my car and loaded my blinds in the car for me. I could not have asked for a better customer service experience. I left with everything I needed, and a smile on my face! Came home and test-fit the blinds in each window and they look great! Definitely exceeded my expectations.

The associates both in electrical, garden and cashier were all extremely helpful and friedly!

This store has a few truly good and competent associates. For the most part you should expect to be ignored by the clumps of employees who seem to feel the need to travel in groups of 3 or more. Be run over by, or have fork lifts driven right behind you; because the staff expect you to figure out which of the half way extended "For your Safety" barriers are actually attempting to close off an isle, and which are just left that way because anything else would have required effort. I have been shopping at this store off and on for the last few years, and each year the level of indifference seems to get a bit worse. There are two reasons I continue to buy from the store: 1 I forgot how inept the staff is; 2 I need one or two items "right now" to finish up a project and know where to find them. If I want to browse or examine products prior to purchase I will travel to one of the other Home Depots in the area.

I have gotten so used to excellent service at the Kent Home Depot Store that I was appalled at the difference between my Kent store & another Home Depot Store I visited. The Kent Store has consistently provided friendliness & a willingness to serve in all departments that I have visited. Just walking in the front door I receive a welcoming smile & a "How can I help you?". Good service starts at the top of the management chain & this store must have great managers because the employees reflect this wonderful attitude! Thank you for consistently giving me Five Star service!!!

STORE IS ALWAYS IN GOOD CONDITION AND I ALWAYS FEEL SO WELCOMED. I LIKE WHEN YOU ENTER THE STORE THE ASSOCIATES ALWAYS GREET YOU. I AM GOING TO THE KENT LOCATION FOR LAST 8+ YEARS.

I SHOP HERE OFTEN AND ALWAYS FINE GREAT PEOPLE TO HELP OUT!
