Clean store products easy to find

Store was a little small but well stocked, clean and well organized. Staff were friendly and helpful - a nice store to visit.

Although I reside in Key West, I own property in Myrtle Beach, SC. When I shop at Home Depot or Lowes (which is closer to my property than Home Depot), I use the Key West Store as my basis of comparison. Lowes employes I find far less helpful, and the store is not as neat and well organized. Often I will drive ten miles further to shop Home Depot. The associates there are helpful, though never as helpful and friendly as those of the Key West store. Thanks Key West Home Depot.

The guy actually took us to the isle to show us what we where looking for instead of saying "go to isle 7 you find it on the left

I was "that customer" who needed the hard to find item that was boxed up on the top shelf. :) I was so pleasantly surprised at how eager the HD staff was to help locate the item and get it down quickly & efficiently. Instead of feeling like a nuisance, the kind employees made me feel like a truly valued customer. In fact, every employee I encountered was friendly & ready to help. The employees of this location could care less about helping customers with the exception of the tool rental department. Over the last 3 weeks I've been in the store at least 10 times and every time has been the same. It's disappointing at best since I moved here from Jacksonville, Florida and all the Home Depot locations have exceptional customer service.

The woman in the plant department was extremely knowledgable and helpful. She helped steer me toward the right plants for the area and what I was hoping to achieve.

I was on the island to do some environmental consulting work. I needed survey stakes to mark sample locations, but the store did not have any. The staff, at no extra charge, cut down 8ft boards to create survey stakes for me....that's what customer service should be like!

Being so fortunate to live in the Keys, is a blessing. This Home Depot has all the items I need to build my own Tropical Paradise.

Employees are extremely helpful didn't know where to go for the filters and employee took the time to take me there and explain the differences in the filters

The outside garden employees are very rude and not helpful at all.

The store was clean, the products were easy to find. The gentlemen in the lumber department was very helpful. When I ordered my decking at the checkout everyone was helpful. They even helped me order the screws for the decking. I was very satisfied with my experience.

Home Depot always has what I need. I have bought appliances and small accessorires there. The sales associates are always helpful and friendly. They often give advice or suggestions I hadn't thought of. As a result, I often buy more than I originally came in for. Keep up the good work!

Bobby in plumping is amazing. I've hit the PVC aisle several times in the last few months, always trying to build something different - A whole-house filtration system, a flag pole for a fishing boat, even a pole for catching bait fish. He always remembers me, his face lights up, and he says "What are we building today?!" His knowledge of plumbing systems is evident in the outstanding solutions he comes up with - no matter how wacky the project. It's a pleasure doing business with him.
