Disarray of merchandise
I love the Home Depot! Angie at customer service was awesome and really helped me. A African American guy was awesome as well when he approached me and help me fine electronics.
Cashiers seemed to be standing around talking more than helping people. Two lanes open and six employees standing around talking at high volumes.

Nice clean store
Employees are helpful in locating the items that I could not find. Cutting small lumber to the size I needed was taken care of right away.

No help in the garden dept.
There are never any shopping carts available at the garden department entrance. You have to use the main entrance to grab a shopping cart. This is not very handy, especially if you are in a hurry. Also there are not enough employees in the dept. to assist in reaching items.

Excellent Customer Service. Very professional
Easiest purchase of refrigerator I ever experienced over the phone. Nelson was very professional and polite. Had to call back a couple of times and he was always extremely helpful. Never got frustrated with me.

Checkout disaster!
Items I brought to the register had no price or bar code to scan. This stopped the checkout process. very frustrating. Not the cashier's fault.
