Every time we visit Home Depot we are always greeted with a smile from everyone and always asked if we need help with anything!!! We feel everyone goes over and beyond to help with anything we need! From gardening to lumber!!!

Looking for a simple household item could not find. Associates not helpful.

Very nice shopping experience, found what I was looking for.

I came in an half hour before closing searching for a part form my leaking ice maker. I found associate that was helping someone else and asked what isle I needed to go to find my part. He directed me to the isle. I was waiting in the isle for the associate to finish with their customer when the first associate I spoke to come in search of me to check if I found the item I needed. I was very pleased that he took the time to come and check on my progress. Very courteous staff!

The associate in the paint department was very helpful and knew the products he was selling. I was very pleased with how quickly I was able to get the paint and other items I needed.

The associates in the store seem to be very ignorant on what products the store stocks...they seem to be more content walking around trying to avoid customers than trying to help.

Needed window a/c side vinyl panels. Found item on line with no problem (ac 205) and forgot to see where they were in the store. Asked an associate , told me almost to the step where they were. Needed a piece of lumber cut, for such a routine job, the associate was upbeat and very helpful. Survey asked if my trip was fun, I do not consider having to buy repair items fun since it means I will have a chore to do, but The Home Depot made it as pleasant as possible. Yes, the store is recommended.

After finding a such great deal on a clearanced grill, I decided I had to buy it since it was the last one. I was not sure whether or not it would fit in my trunk but decided to give it a try. After several attempts to try and fit it in my car trunk, I finally gave up. I had at least 3 employees walk past me and never offer to help. I brought it back into the store and asked the cashier if it could be held for me till the following day since I live 45 minutes away and and I would come back the next day and pick it up in my truck. I was told that they could not hold it for that long so I asked if someone could help me take the base of it off, so I could fit it in the trunk. After waiting around approximately another 5 minutes and a lot more frustration, I had a young man come up to me and asked what I needed. I explained to him the situation and told him I needed help taking the base off, to which he rudely asked me, do you have a receipt? I finally found it and showed it to him and he said he could try. After 1 lossy attempt at 3 screws he gave up and told me whoever put it together at the store, tightened the screws down to much. I then decided to call a friend from my hometown to come pick it up 45 minutes away. I quess what I should have done was just got my money back and avoided so many rude employees. Home Depot got the last bit of money they will ever get from me even if, it is a great deal on a much needed clearanced grill!

I went into your store to get a couple of packing boxes. I found one quickly, yet I needed assistance to find the other. Julia was available, she did an outstanding job assisting me. Great job Julia!

I hope I spell his name right, Rowland (sales person ID REM3255 on paperwork). He always has a smile when we shop, very happy and helpful. I recently bought a appliance and he was helpful. I saw it at least 3 other places. But because of the customer service and help I get at this location I went back. He did all the work, brought the paperwork with us to the front and helped me find another item I needed. We enjoy the assocates at this location. Happy and very helpful. I hope a manager lets him know: what he is giving is Excellent customer service. I went in for one item really I could have gotten anywhere and walked out with items from two other areas and the delivery. Great Job!

When you walk in, you just smile because everyone just welcomes you and asks how your days going and is willing to help you and the fact it's so clean you just can't help but go back!!

The people are helpful and everything is easy to find.

In this store I've found most of the associates to be friendly and helpful. Many times in different stores you normally wonder around aimlessly trying to find an associate. In this store, that was not the case, all the employees were very knowledgeable about their product. If they weren't able to give me an answer they would tell my truthfully that they didn't know and would find someone who does. I will continue to use this location for future use. Continue with your great service, and I can guarantee you'll have me as a customer for life.

I needed a plumbing fixture and I really had no clue what I needed to solve my problem. The store associate, Roland, who helped me was thorough and knowledgeable and helped me find everything I needed. Great experience overall!

Store associates are almost always very smart and helpful. Some are experts in their fields and some aren't but will use all the tools they can to get the information you need. Really appreciate their help and especially when they are so nice about it! We have built a shop, two rooms and renovated the entire house all through Home Depot, which have made it easy and fun. Thank you so much for keeping a great inventory and everything we need!

I was in the store getting items for my front lawn. The lady associate in the Garden Dept was helpful in not only loading my car but, with answering questions that made my shopping experience easier.

Took several calls for help in paint dept!!! I'm not sure of her name she came from desk across paint dept I think she was schedule for lunch put she came and mixed the paint first 2 cans was wrong color put she continued until she got it right Thank You (I LOVE SHOPPING AT HOME DEPT I'M NOT SURE WHAT HAPPEN THAT DAY)
