We shop here frequently and always find the staff friendly and helpful....makes for a good shopping experience.

from the minute i walked in until the time i left always had someone walking me through the process of obtaining information about flooring and also about the rental equipment

this store sits right in the 3% sales tax zone, along with my 10% military discount you cant go wrong.

Found what we were looking for veryquickly. The store was clean and organized.

NEVER HAVE A PROBLEM HERE IN THE LAKEWOOD STORE. IN FACT SOMETIMES I USE THE TOMS RIVER STORE & YOUR STORE IN PALM BAY FL 32909 ALSO. & HUNTINTON BEACH CA.TOO. HOME DEPOT IS ALL OVER THE USA

The consultant was most helpful and courteous spending time to assist us in making our selections.

I waited 36 minutes to exchange 2 tanks. The person was called 3 times before appearing. I have NEVER waited in this store like that before and you can rest assured I never will again. I haave done this many times before and this NEVER happened.

Nechama took the time to review each of our seven appliances and made helpful recommendations on everything from delivering each appliance to our home, our use applications and the ongoing care of each appliance. Went to the store to pick up some miscellaneous supplies for the house. Also, needed a quote for new front door. The representative in the building department was professional, courteous and very helpful.

The workers are always super eager to help and go out of their way even if they don't know a specific area they will get you someone to properly assist you.

I highly recommend going to this Home Depot. I recently purchased all new appliances for my home from here and saved a lot of money because of the great sales! If you do visit ask for Johanna, she was awesome. She was kind, knowledgable and professional. She went above and beyond; I was coughing so she gave me a bottle of water, my 3 year old was crying so she gave her a pen and paper to draw and a balloon. She reviewed the order with me several times to check that I understood everything and to ensure accuracy.

We had a great shopping experience and the associates were helpful and courteous. We are new to the area and have shopped in other Home Depot stores but found this particular HD store to be the best. We will continue to shop in this particular store.

The whole team that assisted me and my family was amazing. Dina the associate was very helpful and friendly. She arranged for same day delivery so my family was able to enjoy a dinner on it before they returned to the west coast. And she gave us a great price. The cashier was hilarious and friendly, Jenn. The delivery (I apologize, I can't remember the driver's name) was extremely fast and he was very friendly. He wouldn't take a tip. Highly recommended!

yes store was clean and stocked, garden center has the best flowers and plants.

The associate could not have been more helpful showing us where the umbreallas were and which one fit our needs

Lot person leaves carts and baskets scattered in parking lot. No excuse when you bring attention to a cart they pulled themselves to a customers car. When asked to take it to the store the reply is "have to go take care of something else. The attendant was on his way back into the store. What a mess the lot was in. Also the Male dark haired cashier (new guy) did not bring to my attention that the sale item without my military discount was $20. cheaper on sale. So instead of saving 20 dollars I only saved $5.. This store 0902 is usually my favorite place to shop because of the happy employee faces and good customer service but today was a waste because now I have to go back and drag in the item for a price adjustment. At least I know the Service Desk with Diane or Kaitlyn will be quick. I can let it slide for one bad day but please teach the Newbies to Give Excellent Customer Service and the Lot people to do their job.

The employees always greet you as though you are family and go beyond an extra step to ensure your complete satisfaction.

everything, from finding product I came in for to outstanding help, friendliness and knowledge of sales people, ad prices. Truly the best experience I've had in a long time. I recommend Home Depot and will be back.
