People were knowledgeable and very helpful in taking us to what we were looking to find.

I came in for a can of paint. Jack was the guy at the paint counter. He was the only employee there at the time. I brought up the base gallon of paint for him to mix and He said that he was getting me a different gallon as this one looked tinted. He. Had several customers requesting his attention at the same time ( sometimes us customers.can be rude) but he did not get flustered, but was patient and polite with each one. I was impressed. I would like to give a shout out to Kyle in the paint department. During my most recent visit he greeted me within seconds and offered his assistance. It was clear he knows a lot about the products he is selling and provided excellent advice. I am confident that I purchased the right products for the job.

Kyle in the paint dept. went over and beyond with his customer service. I really appreciated him.

Patty, the customer service associate, made our exchange easy. She was pleasant, helpful, and competent .

Carmen in appliances helped us so much with finding and setting up our laundry set delivery and purchase. She was very informative and thourough!

The associates were FANTASTIC! My husband and I were greeted multiple times, and asked if we needed help. We have usually, always gone to one of your competitors stores, and just assumed the lack of customer attention was due to the “changing ways of the world”, but after seeing the customer attention, and feeling the warm greetings yesterday, we can assure you that you have a new customer for life.

Jack is the reson I give 5 stars it was a pleasure for once to shop and not be helped by a unhappy person.

Store is always trashed and a complete zoo. But a lot better since that douche Daryl Hagen got shipped out.

This store is the cleanest of all the home depot's i've worked with. (We have lived in 3 states in the last 8 years and always are doing projects.) The lumber department crew are the absolute MOST helpful that I have experienced. They are kind, patient and super helpful!

Terrible customer service. Returning items is difficult and now very inconvenient.

The store is organized and well-stocked. While it took me sometime to find the product I needed, a staff member, who was stocking as shelf, helped me. It was a little busy due to the 4th of July weekend. Overall, though, the store was clean as well.

Home Depot is my favorite home improvement store. I like the quality of the items they sell, the pricing is fair and the staff is always very helpful.

Good. Value on paint products

Clean store, friendly service people, nothing to cause a bad light to shine on Home Depot. These traits are missing these days and I won't buy from a store that can't .. at least .. give me that. Home depot checks those boxes.

I have shopped here many times and never have a problem. I can find everything I need and the staff is very friendly and helpful.

Store employees in general very nice. But Brittany in flooring was exceptionally smart and helpful. Due to her knowledge we bought from this store instead of elsewhere.

Excellent customer experience!

Curbside pickup? Here's what will happen. You will make the mistake of going online ordering your products. You'll get a text stating that it is ready for pickup. You'll go inside to pick a double hung door 72"x80". The customer service rep will look for 5 minutes inside this little bin and can't seem to locate it. You will then need to tell them that unless it's a "just add water" type of product it won't fit inside of that little bin. They then send you outside to wait for 20 more minutes while they scramble around to tell you that you drove 45 minutes to their store waited 30 minutes and they don't have your door in stock. They will then call a different store to try and verify that they have one for you. They will then cancel your order. Paypal will confirm the cancellation and refund. But wait there's more you'll then go to the other store and actually pay for and get the door you needed after waiting 20 minutes there. Not done yet. 3 days later the Home Depot that screwed up the first order will then bill you through Paypal 600 bucks for the door you never got! So you get to spend 2 hours on the phone with Home Depot as they blame Paypal and Paypal blames Home Depot all the while I'm still out 600 dollars.

The store is nice and Associates you're very helpful. Kudos to Erin for helping me today. She doesn't know that I'm here all the time and rather than just assuming I know where to go she offered right away to take me somewhere.
