The check out counters are too far away from the entrance.

The Employees at this store have been very nice and very helpful. Great place to shop. I did find the product I was looking for easily. I did get the assistance that I needed very quickly. The store was very clean including the restroom. All of the associate I needed to ask question in the departments that I was in were very friendly and helpful.

The Lexington Home Depot is a great place to find products for the home, whether you're making improvements, renovations, or just maintaining. The store is clean and the customer service is the best. Every time I go into the store, whether by myself or with my husband, I/we are asked if we need assistance. To the manager of the Lexington location, keep up the high standards and thank you!

We had a great experience today at this Home Depot . We could not find what we were looking for and asked an employee for help. We followed to the section that should have what we wanted and there were not any on the shelf ... so we wonder off to look at other things. The employee came to find us and directed us to the clearance rack up front that had the item we were looking for and at a better price than we had planned. THANK YOU ...

This store is in a good location and easy to get to!

During recent shopping trip found sales associates extremely helpful while we were purchasing all items for a bathroom renovation removing tub/shower replacing it with tile. Paul gets the blue ribbon for his helpfulness. (part time employee) Thanks

My latest trip to the Lexington Home Depot was remarkably satisfying. The Store has always been clean, well organized, and has available , helpful associates who initiate assistance with you and respond appropriately to your questions and needs. This latest trip met what I have come to expect from this location. Additionally, it was underscored by four associates who assisted me courteously, were friendly with sincere efforts to answer questions fully and accurately, met my needs, fully explained my options and were able to understand initially the problems presented. Commendations to the Paint Department, Returns, and Cashier!

Clean, easy to get around, product availability, friendly staff

This is store is so appealing by how clean and creative with displays and they carry speciality paints and items that I cannot find at other stores. My husband and I wanted to meet with the kitchen consultant to get new counter tops and I called Kathleen on a specific Monday that my husband was off from work and she gave her up her lunch time to meet with us and I am excited to say I am getting new granite countertops and with no delays. I shop here quite often

This is the best store. Employees are very helpful.There is no question that you ask that the employee will do all they can to get the answer for you.

The only associate in the store that was willing to help was Mr. Robert in Plumbing. Everyone else ran away as soon as they saw a customer. When trying to buy seasonal items, no one wanted to help. Mr. Robert helped with both a toilet we were looking for information on, as well as helping us with the Seasonal items that we had been ignored about by 5 other associates. Mr. Robert is by far the best associate in the store.

My cashier was so kind and helpful. She had two other people checking the price of an item I had in my cart that was missing a bar code. One person called a manager, while another went to the outside area to check the price of the item for me.

To be greeted and offered assistance by each employee I passed, or an employee in each area I visited, was an outstanding and positive difference from many Home Depots I have visited and shopped. This visit and the one a week ago were both exceptional and indicative of the excellent management, training, employee selection, and employee response. The products I needed were readily available and easily found with the gracious assistance of an employee or by simply following the well placed signage. I just purchased a home in this area and have need of a variety of products. I look forward to the great, great experience I will have in getting assistance and perfect products to meet my needs as I continue to visit this store for solutions to my specific needs in home improvements.

This is the cleanest, most organized store I've ever been in. Everything was neat, well stocked and where it should be. The displays were well done and have given me the needed inspiration to start new projects. The staff were knowledgeable,professional, polite and eager to provide assistance. Keep up the great work!
