I stop into the store at 8:00 am to have two keys made. Simple right? Wrong! I walk up to the service counter where a gigantic woman is sitting with a nasty frown on her face, staring down at the desk. I stand directly in front of her for several minutes before I realize she is not going to acknowledge me in any way, so finally I blurt out "is this where I get a key made?". She can't even be bothered to look up at me, she just points her finger at some other hapless soul. I will point out that I specifically remember this same individual from a previous visit, and recalling that she was rude that time too. I will say that the young man that ultimately helped me did a fine job making my key and was nice. You need to get that woman away from the customers. Completely nasty!!!!!!!!!!!!! P.S. - I am only including my email because I want you to know I am a real customer. No need to contact me, but you can if you wish.

I needed wood glue for a project I am working on then after talking with an associate he reminded me of new filters for my furnace. His recommendation saved me a trip back to the store. Thanks.

This store is a full store and has everything you normally need.

I had to wait an hour to check out and schedule a delivery.

They made me feel at home because everybody wants to help.

I was greeted by everybody with a smile. That's very impressive. I felt at home.

I loved my trip to home depot. I was looking at the painters tape & an associate came by to ask me if they could help me find anything in particular. He was very kind and knowledgable. He recommended me the best tape to use for the borders. Now just waiting for the paint to dry to see how it comes out :)

Overall, good store. The quality of the items carried average. It could be better, but it also could be worst.

I meant to return TSA Locks that my husband & I had problem setting the codes. Received great assistance from all associates

i loved this from all the shopping stores that have paint and make your house beautiful i would choose home depot.i love how everything is orginaized and not cluttered like every other store is. its just beautiful LIKE I SAID BEFORE I AM AHOME DEPOT FAN!!!!

I have been strugging to find the perfect paint color so have been visiting the department almost daily. On Sept 7, the associate was unbelievably helpful. Gave me advice on types of base to use, helpful hints on painting and was just so positive and helpful Really made the difference for me.

My experience shopping at the paint department at this store was outstanding. Great selection as well as assistance from Carlos in selecting colors and paint type for my painting job. I highly recommend this store, great service.

I was given some misinformation about the return of online product that I purchase and it was not working and repair person could not fix. I call the store and Rochelle and I talked. I told her I was coming into the store, she met me at the door and did not let me leave the store until all was taken care of and I was smiling, because I was getting a better and new refrigerator. She left no stone unturn, be sure the customer was satisfied and her coworkers, who worked as a team. Thank you Rochelle, cashier Margarita and Store Manager

Great experience, staff very helpful. They knew where the items, we needed were and answered out questions about the use and other choices.

You can find everything you need at the Home Depot, just be prepared to wait for assistance. It's a BIG store and very busy.
