I have been going to this Home Depot for years, and the biggest things that stand out for me is that I am almost always greeted as I enter, and that the store staff is very knowledgeable and willing to help or point you in the direction of someone who can help you.

store was neat clean and well organized, everything i was shopping for was in stock, and the employees were helpful and friendly

Mariam helped me at the check out station. She was so kind and nurturing. She even gave me a hug when I told her I was stressed out about fixing my dish washer. Home Depot had what I needed to get the job done and I was above and beyond impressed by the customer service.

After a home invasion next door to me I felt I needed to get new doors and storm doors. I’ve been assisted by JB who works in the door dept on Lincoln and McCormick. He was very knowledgeable,kind,patient and helped me choose what best fitted my needs including deadbolts and smart locks. Highly recommended.

I was pressed for time, I need drywall which was heavy and awkward to handle. A front end employee, Diane noticed and got me the help I need. She also reassured me me I was doing a great job with my home project. She was a big help and a joy.

This is my go-to store for materials and supplies. Competitors are close too but I prefer this store.

I love the staff at this Home Depot. The staff is very knowledgeable and helpful, pleasant & kind. We can always find the products we need and the prices are very competitive.

I had to shop for a number of items with my construction friend, and the selection on every item was varied in cost/color/style so it made for an enjoyable experience to share the many options with the person who would be doing the construction for me!

I use to shop at this store and it was so so kind of messy. The last few time i shopped here someone had to have cleaned it up. I had to walk out and make sure i was at the right place.

i had a bad experience at return service and will never come to this store again.

Poor Customer Service from this location, the employee's are well versed in pretending to be busy & avoiding customers on purpose. My last Visit I waited 20 minutes for help and after flagging down two employees, one said they would "find help," the other said they will be back. I gave up and I decided to purchase my other items and found the two employees chit chatting in the back avoiding customers. What a waste of time!

On Mother's Day, I purchased a new grill. It was already assembled but could not fit in my vehicle. After struggling for some time, I almost returned the grill. But I took one more chance and asked for help in customer service. Kelley, we above and beyond to help me remove a side piece of the grill so it could fit. This gesture saved me hours of assembling the grill myself and made my Mother's Day!!!!!

I have gone for keys to fencing for my home and all is great.

Management at this store is incredibly unprofessional. Terrible experience replacing my carpet with their vendor Superior. This store's assistant manager hung up the phone on me!

I just had an awesome experience with six staff members at this Home Depot. All were in different departments, but equally friendly, helpful and polite. Every single one of them went out of their way to ensure I got what I needed (even when the lumber I had ordered for pick up to make window boxes was out of stock). They were also equally friendly and respectful towards each other and easily collaborated to ensure a seamless shopping experience for me. Honestly, this was one of the best experiences I have had at any store.

When the cashir realized that this Home Depot didn't have the smart thermostat I needed, she immediately got permission from her manager to sell me the next model up for the same price so I wouldn't have to go running around. Especially important because our thermostat had gone out and it was down to 61 in our house! She did all that while I was thinking about what I needed to do next. Amazing customer service! Everyone form the cashier to the service desk to the manager all made me feel that I was doing them a favor.

This review is only for the Washer/Dryer sales. I had some questions before purchasing. The sales rep did not seem to care to understand my question because I ended up ordering the completely wrong thing. Had he taken the time to understand my questions I would have been able to make the right purchase. I also signed up for a store card at the same time making the return and replace process really messy.

The customer service here is generally terrible. Cashiers chit-chat at customer service while there's a line, it's always hard to find someone to help, and then if you do it's like you're bothering them, and the wait for curbside pick-up is always long (why should I order ahead if I still have to wait 20-30 minutes?). Half the time the person you find to help in the store isn't sure about where things are, but will send you off in a direction anyway. Today there was a man who I asked where something was, and he actually knew very precisely, but then he came along to ask condescending questions about it (I asked for drywall patches, but he didn't seem to think I knew what I was talking about). And apparently only one person in the whole store who could operate the cutting machine in lumber, but he was at lunch, and 3 of us were kept waiting, one for over 30 minutes! I was there today because I had a board that had been cut wrong the last time I was there because the guy didn't listen to or check the measurements I gave him, so I had to return it, which was a huge pain. Then when I gave him the measurements again, he still didn't listen. If I hadn't double checked him he would've had to redo the board a 3rd time. I will say that the cashiers are pretty much always nice and helpful (though one made a comment to me once about the poor pay for what she does), and the woman who works in paint is outstanding. It seems like this store needs to hire more, and more reliable, people to work on the floor and it needs to have a morale check. The store also needs to have some microagression/sensitivity training, especially regarding women customers. I am a petite woman, but that doesn't mean that I'm ignorant or feeble, or that I don't know what I'm talking about in terms of projects. The sexism I've experienced here is the worst I've seen in a while, despite it being an issue at almost all hardware/DIY stores (Clark-Devon is a notable exception). I know I would not get the same crappy level of service if I were a man - it might be only slightly less crappy.

There's a employee there named Cece. But I'm not sure if I'm spelling her name right. She works in the garden department. She is awesome will answer any questions you have or help you to decide of what goes with what and what to use on what. One of the gentlemen employees sent me to her and I was so blown away she went above and beyond is something she does from the heart. I would always go back to this particular one area store even though I live far. But that experience going to make me always go back.

If you buy building materials online and pick them up in store or curbside - please make sure you inspect your items. Employees will sell you whatever they've got sitting around no matter how banged up it is. Inventory quantities are usually off (was told this by several employees) and your best bet is to call and wait on hold for 30 minutes and have somebody verify the product is actually in stock before trusting the app or website and driving to the store and wasting your time

Amjad at this Home Depot is very humble. He takes his time to assist customers. He made sure I received the right items, he cut the woods just as I wanted them. I hope he is recognized for his great service.
