I went to Home Depot for a quick run to have my keys duplicated. Two store employees were there to assist me, even though I only needed one. It was plenty of help! I got my keys duplicated and out of the store in under 10 minutes, and am very pleased with the service.

The associate helped me with my product purchase and suggestions for an additional item, a 50 foot extension cord. He was friendly, informative, and willing to assist me. It was a very positive experience.

I liked the way they genuinely wanted to get the right product I asked for and not try to substitute something I really didn't want or need. Some gardening and yard supplies were not where they were the previous visit and I had to ask where they were moved too. Overall a good store.

On two separate occasions I have had to ask for help with a home restoration project. Both times I have spoken with an associate who knew exactly what to do and the product I needed to accomplish my task. AND it only took minutes. They understand 60 year-old homes. They know the products they have available, and they will take you to the product and explain how to use it.

Associates are extremely helpful in lawn and garden section. Saved $$$ because of their knowledge of products and product availability.

I must have spent 15 minutes in the lumber section before I got help, and he was from the solor city booth there. he saw that I wanted help and tracked down some in the store to finally help me.

Walked in to the garden center and what I wanted was there, next to the Cashier.

Had a good selection of washer and dryers to pick from. Store was clean and organized. Salesman was very knowledgeable and helped answer any questions we had.

Can always find helpful associates quickly and they are always very helpful in answering questions or finding another to get the answer

The store is always clean and organized. The associates are kind and helpful. My only feedback is that I believe customers would have a better experience if there were more associates available. I often have to search for an associate or have one paged to receive help. This is my experience with home depot's in general. Specifically the Lodi home depot is better than many that I have been to regarding customer service and overall cleanliness.

I've had many shopping experiences this year with numerous home repairs, etc. This latest experience was the best I have had all year. A friendly associate actually seemed willing to assist, which has not always been my experience. He went out of his way to obtain and unopened box from the top shelf, which you know you cannot begin to reach without a ladder. He could have just as well had me take the opened box that I originally looked at. I thought I was through shopping, when I spotted another item that I had actually forgotten about that I needed. I took the item, then realized I should actually have two, but there was only one on the shelf. I found the associate that had helped me before, and asked for his assistance again, and he was a great assistant again, as he found a second item that had fallen down on the rack, and I could not see into the rack to see it there.

the store is very clean and i was able to find what i needed quit easily. the staff there is very helpful and they seem to be very friendly also, which in today's world that is a very big thing.

When I asked at the Customer Service counter I got a little bit of information about buying a product to cut sheet rock that was already installed. Wandering around aisle 12- Ed approached us and gave a wealth of very very useful information. He understood exactly what I wanted to accomplish and my budget considerations. I really got an education that will help make my project run smoothly, and everything Ed mentioned will also help me in future projects.

don't assume that a woman can not buy what she needs.

The staff is outstanding, well groomed and well trained. With good help and a well stocked store you cannot fail, there is also a great location.

Cashier Sharon went above and beyond to call for local area knowledge when she did not have direct knowledge ov where a bike shop might be located. Kudos, Sharon

I was extremely pleased with the undivided attention given to us by associate Jeff Marson. We purchased 3 major appliances on that visit. Jeff was well versed on each one of the appliances. The store was very clean and organized. Work station was very clean and organized. Our experience on our purchases went very smoothly. Myself and my wife did our own research before going to Home Depot and Jeff was able to give us more information than we had researched ourselves. We were very impressed with the whole experience. Found what I wanted online and came in and showed the associate what I needed and have gave them the product number. They escorted me to the aisle where my product was located and found it for me quickly. I was in and out faster than anywhere else using self check. Great experience always here. We bought our household basic supplies for the month. However, we found some good bargains that we could not pass up. We have been back several times already this month!

Looking for some plastic 4x2 light covers, I started my trek in lighting. I met with an store employee in the lighting department after he asked me if I needed help. I told him what I was looking for and he showed me what was available in the lighting department, but said there was a much bigger selection in building materials. He walked with me all the way over to the other side of the store where these covers were located and showed me several options that I didn't know existed. I ended up with 4 covers that look great in the house... I didn't catch his name but wish I would have got it for this review.. John Freitas Napa Valley Carriage Company

Our associate was very helpful and knowledgeable. We had bought our washing machine before from him. Felt very comfortable and confident that we were getting a good deal and the right gas range for us. It was a nice experience all the way thru.
