I can always find what I'm looking for and the quality of the product in the garden center is exceptional! I've been a florist for over 35 years and I really appreciate the wide selection and the quality. Everyone is always very nice and extremely helpful when I need assistance. We went in with certain things to do and get. After working all day it was a pleasure to find easily what we wanted and get done in record time. I had a list of items that I needed. At first I went to Lowe's because they are closer to where I live. They did not have what I wanted so I decided to try Home Depot. I got everything on my list. I did not get the name of the associate that helped me but he was very friendly and new exactly where the items I needed were. I will start shopping at Home Depot from now on.

I had met with Jeff Schlock and he was a huge help and steered me in the right direction several months ago. Today I made the purchase and it was great to see Jeff again and he handled all aspect of setting things up and is a huge asset to Home Depot.

I like the layout of this store, the lighting is good so that shopping here is convient and enjoyable when we need HD type supplies.

All of the products I came for were easy to find or an associate was available to help me. I was surprised to find Ron from Hardware knowledgeable of everything from hardware to plumbing as well as suggestions on the easiest way to complete my job.

I went into this home depot and described a plant to the garden center associate and she knew exactly what it was, I was so happy!! She even took me over and dug through the plants to find me the one with the best buds. I was extremely greatful to both of the ladies for their helpfulness. The staff is so knowledgeable here at the lodi store. I will always go here when I have a question. I love this store!!!

Always enjoy going to the Home Depot in Reynolds Ranch. It is clean and well organized. All the employees are great and seem to make themselves available to their customers. It is nice to not have to search out for a sales associate when you are in a large store. With this last visit, want to give particular Thanks and Kudos to 3 individuals my husband and I worked with...Our Sales Associate was Randy. He was very knowledgeable, professional and helpful. He was willing to take the extra time needed to answer questions about the products were interested in and helped load the equipment in our 'small' car. Thanks Randy, it was nice working with you! Also want to give special thank-you's to Jeanette and Sereth at the Customer Service Desk. They were both friendly and especially patient and helpful. I know that people at the service desk get busy and have to handle some negative issues....so is refreshing to see two young women that had positive attitudes, smiles and again...were very knowledgeable. Thanks for your assistance!

We originally did not intend to purchase from this store but had a few moments to look at the inventory and Jeff Schock was so knowledgable and helpful we returned two days later and purchased the appliances. We could have gone to a closer Home Depot but we so appreciated Jeff's knowledge and helpfulness we returned to purchase from the Lodi store. He arranged delivery quickly and was able to offer tips on keeping everything up and running.

This store is spotless, easy to shop at, and the employees are friendly and helpful. Honda, Makita, and other great products are located here.

The store was clean and free of clutter! We found the tiles that are going to look great throughout our house and are excited to get started on our project!

I had been to this Home Depot once before looking for tile and while there my wife saw a grill that she wanted to buy and I said we can wait and get it at a store closer to home. Fast forward 3 weeks and we are looking for the grill and could not find it. Now I'm in the dog house and the wife is not happy. I decided to go back to the scene of my crime in hopes that it would still be there. Once I was in the store I met an Angel (Jen) she dropped what she was doing and checked to see if the grill was available (my fingers crossed) and the only one left was there on display and we quickly took care of the paperwork and set up delivery. I was able to call my wife and make her happy!!. when I was leaving the store I looked back and could see the Angel wings on Jen's back,She had made my day!!! THANKS JEN!!

Every time I come in the store the associates are helpful. I am in a Home Depot throughout California but it is always nice to come to this store. Not just because it is my home city but because of its organization and cleanliness. Even when they are busy the associates are accomodating. I like this store very much!

Went in to buy a lawn mower. Was helped by Chris F. Incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. Very friendly and straightforward. Would recommend that everyone looking for a lawn mower ask for his help.
