Beatriz was so helpful. I purchased the wrong item and she refunded me no hassles and walked with me and helped me get what I needed. She is awesome I hated shopping there but my encounter with Beatriz changed my mind!! Great customer service bravo to her!!! She is the prime example of great customer service wish every employee was as pleasant and professional as she was. Great Job HD for hiring such a great individual!!!

I stopped in here on a whim to look at plants and buy myself a little plant-present. Lo and behold, they had a GORGEOUS plant section and had a beautiful, huge, rare variegated cactus there that I had been looking to add to my collection for over a year. I couldn’t believe it! I will definitely be back.

Kudos to Deborah at the pro desk. Not only does she know her job she is extremely helpful and friendly when doing so. I walked away completely satisfied with the special time she spent with me going over my purchase. She is truly a asset to the Home Depot team. Great job, Debi!!!!

We were in need of a new dishwasher and Joane at the pro desk directed us to Jeannie. What a great recommendation from Joane. Jeannie was very friendly, courteous and knowledgeable of all the products we were looking at. She helped us choose one that would suit our needs without spending a fortune. Jeannie and Joane both told us of the current sales going on at the time and it was a tremendous asset in helping us get the right appliance for us. Great job by both of these exceptional employees!!!

Poor customer service desk. Rude telephone manners and very long waiting times. What ever woman worked Friday January 3 at 5pm was very rude on the phone.

Terrible experience. Online said they had one of the item I was looking for in stock. I go there and after talking to three associates and one customer service rep who had me running all around the store, I found out they did not have it in stock. Then they would not grant me the 10% off for my birthday when using my credit card the way that a letter in the mail said I would get. Absolutely terrible experience. I do not shop Home Depot and I only went for those two reasons and it was a complete waste of my time.

THIS STORE INVARIABLY HAS THE PRODUCTS I NEED FOR HOME UPKEEP AND ITS WELL-ORGANIZED, CONVENIENT, AND ESPECIALLY CUSTOMER FRIENDLY.

Seems like there's a lot of turnover. Many new employees don't seem like they were trained well enough to help customers effectively. It took two trips, four phone calls, six employees and an hour of standing at the customer service register for me to get a refund on a dishwasher. Only the manager seems to understand what's going on, and he was spread too thin to be very helpful.

Always such a pleasure to see the associates at the pro desk, Debi, Joane and Gloria are the best!!!!

I would just like to say the Pottstown Home Depot is a nice place to shop in every sense of the word!

Not even thinking that you would carry pillows I asked Debi at the pro desk if you had them. Not only did she tell me yes she proceeded to tell me the brand and that they were currently on sale and told me exactly where to find them. Once again, I sought out Joane at the pro desk cashier and was glad to see her working. She is sure a pleasure to encounter with her quick wit and friendly and courteous service. Both of these women are a great asset to Home Depot and should be recognized for their tremendous service!!!!

I was well pleased with the service with help having the two roller shades cut and thought selection of mums was very reasonably priced and a good selection.

As always the cashier that I always look for is Joane. She is always friendly sometimes cracking a joke, although not always funny, and everyone knows her love of Tom Brady from New England. Such a pleasure to see her working when I checkout. On another note, I was surprised that you changed the checkout area. I am now shoulder to shoulder with the cashier and neither one of us has any room. This was a very dumb idea in my opinion. Please, please, please consider changing it back. I realize that it probably won’t happen but at least try to arrange it somewhat better for the customer as well as the safety and efficiency of the cashier.

Can always find what I am looking for and if I cannot I asked the clerk. The products are good and labeled well. The store was very clean and there were not things out in the aisles like some stores. The clerks/associates were very friendly. One lady at the front desk for special items looked something up for me and gave me the information I was looking. She was very pleasant and helpful. Saved me a great deal of time.

Peggy was horrible. She attempted to enter the UPC, but entered the wrong number several times. Finally I assisted by reading the number off to her, but she was still unable to type it correctly. She asked what the price was and I told her $21. I went and took a picture of the UPC code from the rack. She did not attempt to get assistance from another rep. We were standing there for 30 min. My wife went to cust serv and asked for a manager. Daniel came and rung us up, no apology. The experience was painful. Peggy should be fired. I have spent several $1,000's there and this is the 'service' I receive? It is unacceptable and I will not be back. I wanted to leave without the merch, but I needed the materials to complete my porch. That was the whole reason I was there in the first place. When my wife went to cust serv, there were 3 people in the dept and it took about a minute for someone to ask if my wife needed assistance. No one apologized for the horrible service.

I know where most things in the store are every now and then I have to ask somebody they generally know where to get me too I'm in all the Departments but mainly Electric and Plumbing and I've even helped customers I noticed Apartments at times when I know where the stuff is I've been in you're stores from Dickson City to Absecon New Jersey to Shrewsbury and Bloomberg I still go to Home Depot

I know some complain about "superstores", but frankly I don't have the time to visit multiple local hardware's to find what I need, nor the extra $ for significantly higher prices. As an artist, I'm consistently involved in projects that are way out of the norm and need things to work that normally wouldn't. That said, I choose Pottstown HD over local stores as well as other large competitors (lowes, tractor supply...) for good reason. 1. HD Dept supervisors are all far more knowledgeable in the fields they represent and after 14 years their qualified employees have earned my trust. As bizarre as some art creations have been, not once have they not helped me to find a resolve. I consider them fellow artists - I'm the surrealist...and they make it work 2. HD supervisors are more personable - they remember you and are always prepared to address your particular needs 3. HD cashiers remember you. As a USMC disabled Vet, there's been times while searching for my military ID I've heard "I've already done it...and thank you for your service". Never have I not been thanked for my service with a genuine tone of sincere gratitude, and have always felt truly appreciated and honored before exiting the doors. No, I've not always found that unique item I was looking for, but on those rare occasions HD has never let my issue go undressed, but makes a point to at least point me in the right direction.

Visit often and usually have what I am looking for.

During my return, I noticed how attentive all of the service people were, so refreshing. They helped each guest in line and in turn, the line moved quickly! It was a pleasure to be greeted with a smile and I was greeted while in line and the service individual told me they would be right with me! I enjoyed the banter during my transaction and walked away very happy with the service providers. The people helping in the area had my order processed through in a timely manner. Great Experience!
