I shop at The Home Depot at various times throughout the year... I prefer The Home Depot over Lowe's and Menards.

The associates are knowledgeable and they know when to stop talking/selling and walk away, but the associate always stayed nearby for when we needed to ask additional questions. No pressure! It was the best buying experience I've ever had!

The returns lady was awfully rude, unwelcomeing, and almost showing accusations of me being thief. Very bad attitude.

I did extensive research in purchasing a new microwave for over the range installation. I needed a microwave which needed to be installed in a 36" wide space. So, I needed a "filler kit" to expand the width of the microwave from standard 30" to 36" width space. Only one microwave manufacturer offers a filerl kit to accomplish this. So consumer is handcuffed and must purchase a GE microwave. Please review all models of GE microwaves and reliability reviews before you purchase, especially if you need to replace it with a filler kit for 36" space. Normally I would not purchase an extended protection plan(Warranty) for this type of appliance. However, due to the problems and function failures of the many GE microwaves I researched, I purchased an extended 3 year plan on this one. My old microwave lasted for 13 years with moderate use and they obviously don't last that long anymore according to the many reviews out there. Note, I purchased a PVM9215SFSS model# (stainless steel). Be advised that the actual handle and control buttons are plastic (cheap). Will see how they hold up with steam and heat rising from the cooktop below. Hmmmm . . . But your choices are limited so there you go. I also considered purchasing a GE CAFE Model which though even is more expensive is substantially cheaper made in my opionion once I looked at it in person. I will also mention that because GE is the only manufacturer to make a 36" filler kit for a 30" microwave they take you to cleaners and a realativly simple 3 piece filler kit for $189.00. Ridiculous! All in all, filler kit works well, microwave looks pretty good, and jury is still out about the reliability of the appliance and overall manufacturing quality. Be an informed consumer, register your product and at least consider an extended warranty plan. Good Luck! FYI researched online and then discussed with store associate for further info and purchased through store associate over the phone. Delivery (free), installation, haul-away of old appliance was reasonably priced and a very good experience. Linn Star was delivery agent and they were exceptional.

The store is well organized , a professional repairman appreciates having the right related items close to each other...sometimes it reminds me I needed another job related item....and I don't have to search the other side of the store.

There is always someone at the door to guide you directly where you need to go. Associates will always come at the rescue and try to provide you with the best advise.

No matter how small the object you are looking for, the store associated are willing to show you the way. I was looking for door stops, and they acted like I was about to buy a big ticket item. The associates are always willing to help.

The store is well organized and clean. I love browsing the aisles and finding new items (and I'm a woman!). The Garden Center has gotten so much better in regards to the quality of the plants they have and the care they take of them. I can't wait for the Spring plantings to arrive! The store associates are friendly and very helpful even when they're busy. I've been in many other Home Depots but this one is my favorite.

Store associates are always noticing customers to offer directions to products and help regarding customer questions about product or project. Customer service folks are top notch and very understanding and caring. Returns are handled quickly with complete satisfaction. This store is close to my home and I enjoy visits regardless if I buy or not. I mostly buy inshore but did buy online with customer service assistance. Email communications kept me posted on arrival and I was assisted with loading when I picked up the item. I recommend this store for the above reasons to all my friends.

The associates at the Town & Country store are knowledgeable and helpful. When you ask where a particular item is in the store, they walk you right to it. This cuts down on amount of time you need to spend in the store when not browsing and get's you back to you DIY project pronto.

My husband and I came into the store to check pricing and the availability of Window Treatments (blinds). We were purchasing some of the 2 1/2 inch blinds for our home but needed some assistance with some "special order" blinds. Dave was a tremendous help with answering all of our questions, looking up different options we could have for our windows and helping us with our purchases that day in the store as well. We are following up with him in a few days to place our "Custom Order" once we have the exact measurements. Thanks to the helpful staff, the wide variety of availability of different options, we made our selections for 8 window Blinds and received a great price! Thanks for making our decisions so easy!
