When are Spring Deals available at The Home Depot?
Another big spring sale is here, so prepare to save. Whether you're upgrading your home with new appliances or just doing spring cleaning and repairs with the latest tools, we've got what you need. Don't forget to check out our patio furniture, outdoor power equipment and lawn and garden bargains, too. Get great Spring Deals from 4/23–5/10 and enjoy your new products all year long.
What home repairs should I make before spring storms hit?
Make certain your home is set for spring temperature shifts by repairing or replacing faulty components of your hardscaping. On the exterior of your home, inspect roof shingles for tears that could let water leak inside. Vinyl siding and chimney caps should be swapped out if they're badly weathered. Keep gutters fully functional to prevent ice dams if your location is still prone to ice storms and snow. Also, check cinder blocks and brick for cracks, and ensure indoor ceiling tiles are free from water damage. If moisture freezes inside the crevices, you might be in for a headache.
Do you offer moving boxes?
Pick up an assortment of moving boxes to make moving and storage easier. We've got the sizes you're looking for, including specialty ones like TV and wardrobe boxes. Cushion any and all items with bubble cushion and moving blankets to ensure your belongings make it to your next location safely. Look into our moving truck rentals, too, and take care of your DIY move needs in one place.
Should I get a portable generator or an inverter generator?
Restore power in your home even after severe weather takes it out. We've got the options you need when searching for a generator for sale. Inverter generators are cleaner and quieter than traditional portable generators. They'll adjust to the required load, making less noise when they create less power. When shopping for generators, keep in mind that portable generators are more affordable and generate more electricity than inverter generators, but they're louder and heavier. For safety purposes, always run your generators outdoors, away from doors and windows.
Do you have wired or wireless doorbell cameras?
Enjoy privacy, peace of mind, and safety with a wired or wireless doorbell camera. No more peeking through a nearby window when you can see animal or human visitors in real time. Some doorbell cams even let you talk to whoever is on your doorstep via your phone, a useful interaction to scare off would-be porch pirates or talk to delivery people. Several cameras integrate with your smart home app or hub to give you flexible accessibility. Save video clips for future reference and worry less with more control.
