I've shopped at the Mansfield location quite often and have always found the associates to be extremely helpful and knowledgeable. They are also very safety conscious when working around others.

I have been greeted by Dudley on several occasions. Each and every time he has been willing and able to assist me. No matter what my situation is he always finds me what I need or finds someone that can assist. Finding HIM in the store is always a pleasure.

The store was clean and well organized. The prices are better than lowes. The staff are always willing to help you find the items you are looking for than other stores. There is always someone there to help you find the right item. very helpful

Looked up a stud finder ,went to Mansfield store,associate directed me to the display,and a very cheerful female cashier at the check out finalized my purchase. I always go to a PERSON at checkout not the self check out

I was very surprised at all of the Christmass acsesseries in the store and also the selection in the garden department.

I was very happy with the help I got from the gentleman in the electrical department. The cashier, Annie, was so sweet and friendly. You could tell she enjoyed her job and the people shopping there.

I always shop at Home depot for my paint and brushes The paint people are very helpful .I am always painting summer and winter .

You can not go to this store to buy one thing. You feel like a child during the holiday season. There are so many things that can help you around the house. Besides, the appliance, the paint, the tile, we bought a funnel for the Christmass tree so you do not have to kneel down and pour the water.

We visit the Home Depot quite often because we have store right in our town. Due to the nature of big box stores, we don't expect to find a live person in every department. However, when we are truly in need of assistance, customer service is quick to send appropriate help. Store personnel are always courteous, and if they are unable to answer your questions or find appropriate products they find someone who can. We are quite willing to put up with the need to ask for help in exchange for reasonable prices!

Associates are very friendly and more display. I definitely recommend others to visit the store.

The two employees working at the paint department were extremely helpful. I needed to make some props for a school play and they really helped me a lot. Taking the time to teach me different technics to paint the props for different looks. Thank you

Nothing worst then getting to the register and after the item is paid for, one of the items you paid for is over charged. The register clerk cannot make the correction. You have to go the service desk to make the correction. What about my time wasted getting a correction on the over charge?

I didn't really need help picking out a Christmas tree, but two young guys from Home Depot came over and helped my wife and I examine the Fraser Fir trees to help us pick out just the right one. They offered to put it in a net and load my truck for transport, but I did that myself. Great People, great store!

I was greeted and was given excellent directions to my first items. The directions were accurate and the selection of outside lighting was extensive. I then received directions to my next aisle where I found the additional items that I needed. The check-out line was short and the cashier was very nice. I was thanked for my military service at least twice while in the store and received a 10% military discount at check-out. The store is clean, well kept, well lit and a pleasure to do business in.

I needed assistance finding the products I needed. I asked the first associate I saw, and he helped me out.

I shop at this store at least a couple times per week. I am very rarely disappointed. Great place to shop.

The cashiers are friendly and the checkout was fast.

I was easily able to compare the new LED bulbs by virtue of proximity on display and the actual lighting display that clearly shows the difference between daylight vs. soft white. Made decision easy and found the value I was hoping for. So I purchased enough bulbs to completely retrofit our rental home with energy efficient lighting. Very happy about this.

We really like the selection of floor tiles Home Depot has to offer. Our only complaint with the store is that there was a pallet that blocked the tiles we needed and had to load our carriage by moving around it.

As always, everything that I needed was right where I expected it to be. The store is always bright and the familiar face at the paint desk/dept was there again; I like that. The service was quick and it was another quick in and out and back to what I needed to be doing...another DIY project!
