Great location for the Mansfield, Norton, and Foxboro areas. Staff members are eager to help. The store is always clean. Prices are high on some products but overall reasonable. Quick checkout and the location relative to other shopping is spot on.

I have not had any issues purchasing products, but significant issues with services. Several months ago I bought a refrigerator and scheduled a delivery. I took the day off to be their for their very inconvenient delivery windows. I received an email confirming the delivery but they did not show up. The store indicated that the refrigerator was not even in stock so I had to schedule the delivery for another time. However, this was a week later than I needed the refrigerator (the old one was failing). Three weeks ago I ordered a door measurement. The contractor was to call me to set up a time. I never go a call. I called the store twice, was transferred to the person who deals with contractors, left messages, and never got calls back. After 2.5 weeks I canceled the order and will look elsewhere. This store is convenient to me but I will be looking elsewhere when I need services.

I am in the middle of a hugh renovation project and have always used this store location but was really not happy this last visit. Logistics will bring me back.

Having this store less than 2 miles away from your house has been a life saver. They always have what you need at the time of your visit and if your in a hurry as soon as you walk in someone is there to greet you and assist right on the spot for that quick in and out.

I just want to thank everyone at this home depot location for their assistance as I am disabled due to a stroke, so sometimes have trouble with my leg cooperating. They have always been so sweet and helpful. Sincerely Betsy Graham

Associate Michelle was extremely helpful with my purchase of a backpack blower. Will shop at this location again.

They are in some kind of a transition. If you want to have something installed - be careful. You may never hear from them again. They have items on display that are not available. They have items on display that advertise a cost which isn't real. The cost is way more. It took going to 4 people to finally pay for my order which was very frustrating.

There was no grilled cheese bar in the plumbing section.

I visited on Saturday 3/3/18 after a severe Friday night wind storm. I know many of your employees had problems at their own homes to address, yet there they were, catering to the needs of the community. I understand it's a business and these people were doing their jobs. Still, it was wonderful to find a fully-staffed store, promptly meeting the increased demand.

The Staff in this store are very pleasant. They are willing to help their customers and greet you when walking through the store. These people go above and beyond. It's worth shopping in the store!!

The store is very clean and all employees are very friendly and helpful. I used the fast check out and had problems and the employee help me immediately. I use the store frequently and know I can ask for help in any department and get great service.

was amazing!! If you have a problem or a question seek him out. While assisting me he assisted several other customers with a smile and respect. His professionalism and knowledge was impressive, I will return to Mansfield just for him.

You can find most anything you might need at any Home Depot. IF you cannot find it, the friendly associates are there to help you. They find the products, and will answer your questions about what product you might need , or the "how to" when you get the product home. They are very good about the "little things" the courtesies and helpfulness that the shopper might not even know about when trying to figure out a project at home. It's about the people who work for Home Depot. They seem to want the shopper to succeed, regardless if Home Depot even sells what your are looking for.

Frequent this store quite often and I live very close by. Always happy with the employees that have waited on me. Also visit the store in Naples, Florida and very happy with the purchases there.

Even this store is much smaller than Norwood, MA and other Home Depots, the staff give Fabulous Customer Service and are extremely knowledgeable.

I have found over the past several years that this specific store in Mansfiend, MA is always clean, the employees are friendly and acknowledge me. Although the store is smaller, the inventory is plentiful.
