I was greeted upon entry with assistance to what I was looking for.

Someone was there to greet me.Someone else was there to answer my questions and show me what I was looking for.

Pat the cashier is always helpful and friendly, always starts your day of right.

Employees make the store. Good store, bad employees and the place is not worth a thing. Conversely mediocre store and great employees and store is going to be busy. Fortuately, this store has both the store and the employees. Keep it up................

I called ahead to hold two Werner extension ladders that were on sale and out of stock at another location. When I arrived there were three left on the floor. I was able to get my ladders. I am sure the other three will not last long. Thank you for the cooporation. Best Regards, Nick Denny

Upon entering the store I was greeted by a Home Depot employee with a "smile". The store was busy and well stocked with Spring materials yet it was clean and easy to get around. I was able to find one of the things I need thanks to good signage and inventory and when I sought help for the other item I did NOT have to roam about looking for a Home Depot staff member. I was assisted in a timely, pleasant and professional manner. Upon check out, the clerk greeted me with a smile and continued the very profession manner I had experience from the beginning , middle right to the end.

This store has always had all the supplies that I required. I shop at this store an average of 3/4 times per week. Always a good experience,

I don't know what it is with this store but I can't say enough about the great customer service...it all starts from the moment I walk in the front door....there has never been a time that someone has never approached me for assistance whether I needed it or not. This past week I was shopping for new rechargeable batteries for my ryobi combo tool set....so while browsing I noticed they had an 18v cordless drill with a lithium battery and charger for $59.00...so I said to myself why not buy this...it's like a bonus..I'll end up with a new drill as well. As I was approaching check out..both Peggy and Quinn took it upon themselves to point out another ryobi set which drill was much better and came with 2 lithium batteries, charger and a tool bag for only $99.00...needless to say if you were to buy the batteries alone they would be just over $100.00 just for them....they both never pressured me into purchasing the better drill but I love the way they took the time to educate me on the significant savings......now I can use these batteries for all my existing tools that I have and on the plus side I have a new drill as well....I totally consider this being "my store" THANK YOU PEGGY AND QUINN

I am a contractor, and I am in this store almost everyday. Every morning the same gentleman is cleaning the floor with the floor machine, we always fist bump. And I always checkout at the contractors register, where Patricia is waiting with a smile. The whole store is a great bunch of associates!

HD is the place I go to for all my home needs. It offers everything I need. Keep it up.

This is the store to go to , when you need anything for your house from porch to bedroom. I have shopped in other stores and found them to be not quite as good. you just have to go where the items you need are there and at a good price.

The cashier was extremely helpful in recommending a shovel that would not be as hard on my back as the one I came to register and as I just used it today (8 inches of snow so far) she was so right! She was also extremely patient with me. THANKS!

Everyone there knows their departments so well. I know that if I need help Home Depot is the place to go.

Finding an old paint color so we could freshen up the trim was a breeze.

BRIGHT AND ORGANIZED EASY TO FIND VERY HELPFUL PEOPLE

I live locally and use this store for all my one-stop-shopping at a hardware/home improvement store. Of all my many trips to this store, the only thing I did not find in the store, I was able to order online from the HD website and have shipped to the store for local pickup within a day or two of ordering online. On a scale of 1 to 5... I give Mansfield (MA) Home Depot a 5-1/2. The employees get a 6. Thank you Home Depot!

I needed a replacement front door that no longer is carried in stock at the retail stores but obtaining it was no problem and delivery time was very acceptable thanks to the help of Jim the sales associate. I'm very pleased with the how the entire process was handled including arranging for installation.

Store associates were easy to find and they were helpful! This is not always the case. Carts were available and organized. The cashier Tracy was very nice and efficient during the checkout process.

Overall cleanliness of store was good. They did not have enough stock of the product I was purchasing and there were no associates around to check on stock status. Cashier was very friendly and helpful.

Shout out to Matt in building materials and his co-worker (sorry,didn't get the name of his co-worker), who approached me (I did not have to seek him out) and procured quality sheet insulation in lieu of what was left on the floor. He took the time to approach me and offer help, even though he was in the middle of a lot of restocking work of soft insulation. Offered to help in anyway he could. Very customer-oriented attitude, and I really appreciate his and his co-worker's time and efforts. Thanks Matt!

Store was clean I found one of the two products I was looking for. I was disappointed that HD didn't carry the item I was looking for.

I have never had a bad experience at this Home Depot. They seem to have everything I need. I have used many services, including having all 24 windows replaced in my house and purchased appliances. I am glad they are conveniently located.

Great customer service here, at ease while picking up new paint colors, greeted with a smile and friendliness. No wait at all . The same goes for the checkout, right away a clerk was ready for me and smiling! I said thank you, and she said its my job Happy New Year!
